The Final Fantasy XV Universe will include three new and exciting titles. Square Enix announced Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition, Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition and Monster of the Deep: Final Fantasy XV for various platforms.
Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition
Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition will release on iOS, Android and Windows 10 devices later this year. The mobile game follows the main storyline of its console counterpart and features the main protagonists. The Pocket Edition uses an adorable art style and optimal touch control for mobiles. There will be ten episodes available at launch and the first episode will be downloadable for free.
Monster of the Deep: Final Fantasy XV
Monster of the Deep: Final Fantasy XV will release on November 21 for PlayStation VR. In this title, Noctis and the gang go on a fishing expedition across Eos. Story Mode pits players against various creatures who lurk in the shallow water depths. Free Fishing Mode allows players to experience various sights, sounds, and scenery as well as a number of fishing challenges. Pre-ordering the game from the PlayStation store will reward players with a Monster of the Deep: Final Fantasy XV theme and an in-game Samurai outfit.
Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition
Lastly, Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition was unveiled as a Windows PC version of Final Fantasy XV, which will support native 4K and 8K resolutions along with HDR10 and Dolby ATMOS. Other advanced PC features include NVIDIA GameWorks technology, cutting-edge graphics and physics simulation technology. Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition includes all Season Pass, free update content that has already been released on the console version, and a new first-person option.
