    yes... but i dont know the NTSC-PAL offset, so it wont help... im learning to port using PS2dis, then i Will be able to help you, you still want the other program?????

    and isnt evil teaching u how to port codes?
    do u mean max convert? if u do i could show u an easy step by step process on how to get the program. i've taught some people at this site how to convert and now they convert codes at there own will :D
