Also if you have damn good connections with the current administration, can handle yourself in most e-social situations with good reasoning, and know how to navigate and control a forum socially and it's technical aspects.

Step 2: Conquer Pakistan
Step 3: Utilize your growing forces to raid Raiden's house
Step 4: Sign in as Raiden
Step 5: Log into Raiden's Admin Control Panel
Step 6: Promote yourself to Admin Status.
