FF Villains!! MWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Check Dissidia evil people for all of them to make sure,but here are some that wont show up on it

Light Emperor: FF II remake on dawn of souls,you fight against him with the 4 dead party members
FF IV: Zemus/Zeromus: The true bad guy behind everything
The Creator: True bad guy of FF IV The After Years
Neo Exdeath: FF V final boss,when the void took control of ExDeath
Necron: Way out of left field final boss of FF IX
Yu Yevon: Final boss of FF X.This is just to be safe.

 

The answer is Kefka. Kefka is the strongest FF villian ever. If you need to know why, go to the FFVI section and read people's thoughts on the game. Somebody there (I think Betty Boop) explains why Kefka is the best.

 

Personally I dont think it matter simply because in the end they will always lose.It is how the story goes after all.

Too be honest,I think it would be Chaos.After all,how would you know that you are stuck in a time loop when you are fighting enemies over and over again if you DIDNT beat them?Without Chaos none of that stuff would have happened,but he basically says he has already fought the light warriors atleast once and WON.Now why he lost I wouldnt know,Destiny's guiding hand?Or maybe he grew tired of it all,his goals no longer what he wanted.

Anyway, I'm simply doing quick research on some of the villains and Finding Kefka pretty awesome. What other man can "absorb" (I prefer eat =P) other Espers in order to empower oneself and eventually becoming a God? In this case, a god of magic. Sure he was pretty weak at the start, but by the end he kills all (in some sense)

 

The Emperor from FF II almost took over the whole world,just some resitance left,then not only came back to life after dieing,but had not only takin over Hell in that process,but also what could be considered Heaven if the GBA remake is canon on that.

 

Exactly. Kefka wins because in the game he wins. He suceeds in becoming a god. No other FF villian actually accomplishes their goal. And then, after becoming a god, he decides to destroy everything out of boredom. Dang... I really wanna play FFVI.
