Hmm good question i would like to know as well

 

I heard it was a translation mistake,
"Tell me...Tell me why he picked you!", referring to the Keyblade (the confusion stems actually from a mistranslation in dialogue): KHwiki

Note that in the first game they said the keyblade wielder must have a strong heart to wield a keyblade (Such as when Riku takes it for a short time and with the help of Donald and goofy Sora got it back from the strength of his heart and his friends hearts.)

Roxas, later in the battle, says "I see.... that's why", when he sees the faces of all of Sora's friends.

To tell you the truth, a friend and i thought he was talking about Riku at first.

 

This was what I used to though, there was a theory where it said that a keyblade master is able to give their keyblade(s) to a person? Roxas might also be referring to the person that gave Sora the keyblade or something like that. But what you posted sounds more accurate.

 

maybe he was talking about diz choosing sora instead of him.

 

This is correct, it was mistranslation thats alll.

 

I also wondered that. That scene is quite like the big Roxas/Riku battle right before roxas is placed in twilight town and Riku releases the darkness in his heart. Riku is knocked on the ground and says something quite like that, "Why, why do you have the keyblade?" Roxas replies, "Shut up!"
