Cry For Help

    This is more of a cry for help, than a "request"- but is anyone here familiar with Final Cut Express 4?

    I got it like a couple of years ago and I don't use it as much as I want to (or as I should, geez, this program costed a lot...) As a big movie buff, I want to improve the special effects in my movies, and at the time I though the Final Cut Express was good with gunshot FX, cloning FX, and also basic greenscreen stuff.

    I kinda get the whole rendering thing (just putting this out there, I throw the word "kinda" around lightly), but I really want to EXPAND.
    Can any of you help me- or point to an EASY tutorial I can learn from?


    Please excuse my typing and grammar for I'm kinda in a hurry (I GOTS A GRRLFRIEND- YES! ;))

    Tutorials, too <-This is for version 3.5, but there should still be some things you could learn from it.

    Amazon.com <-This is a book, and it is sort of expensive, but it would probably tell you everything you want to know.

    Don't know how easy any of these would be. I'm not familiar with the program, just bored enough to Google it. ^_^ Maybe it'll help.

    As for my "girly" profile- I wanted to try and give everyone on the site a seizure! :D
    Which didn't seem to work, but at least it shows that I'm not a homophobe.
