Racism

The guy can only have 1 color pigment. It depends on when the color gene turns on and off. Even if you don't become black, you will still carry the gene that makes a black person.

 

Tanning via sunlight is extrememly overrated. You're destroying your skin. My english teacher had once said (To the girls in my class) that instead of tanning from the sun, just use some kind of skin cream or something. I guess it still gives you a tan.

 

-__- One of my friends said that if you slap a black person, his or her face won't turn red. Then another one of my friends try to slap me to test it out and I started to poke her real hard and threaten to slap her with my 3DMax book if she tries to slap me just to see if my face will turn red. Whoo hoo. It wasn't meant to be racist though.

oh, well if race jokes are okay now a days, then why do we have problems with it still, if kids can say it, then why if a adult say's it it's like all messed up. If some one said something about obama then he would be on the news a lot.(A race joke) I mean can everybody just think about somethings for a sec, if ppl did, then we could all work together.

Toph is right a 100%. While some jokes are acceptable to either race, some are way over the line. It all goes off on where people's lines are drawn. My line is drawn very far back, while others have a line way, way, way ahead of them.

 

Untrue. I slap my best mate many a times, he goes red. Its funny.

All depends on how open minded / a good sport the person told them to, I would say the first one is more offensive to Americans as it says all americans are racist, the second one more to black people but its a stereotypical joke so I would say that is ok to share.

 

He has a good point there. About 67% of all racial jokes in America are about minorities.

Well, they like us. I remember going down to Shibuya the last three summers and they seemed to enjoy my presence.

I think that everyones has done something racist once in their life, then they got say someone else is racist. So everyones racist and a hyprocrite. I'm not racist, but i've caught myself being racist when I really didn't view it as being racist until my friends really explained it.

 

In the context we have been using it, this was just a example word with no offense meant behind it. THIS, on the other hand, is clearly offensive. Please edit the post please to something else.

they have said that every race comes from africa, and africans are black, and plus that was really racist anyways nigger is a word whites made to be disrespect ful to blacks. So your just being like them which is really messed up. Plus it would mean you think Blacks are all the same, cuz that's really also what that word was meant for, a race of dark and idots.
