"The World"

Admin -- Nero: Level 6! + Zeke: Level 5!



"What the?!" Zeke shrugged and shot a loaded strong shot at the ogre's cannon-hand, attempting to disable the mechanisme. The shot connected with the cannon, only for it too blow it back. The ogre's arm went swinging behind him, which he immediatly used to hit the players. They quickly dodged by jumping. "What a cheap shot!" Nero shouted angrily. He went towards the ogre in mid-air, charging his lance with hellish flames. The ogre looked up to see what came for him, but it was to late. The impact came swiftly on it's head and a crack could be heard.
"It's not done for yet, keep focused!" Nero shouted.
The ogre came back to it's senses and started charging his massive cannons.

 

Karite quickly rolled under it's legs and got behind the boss. He unleashed a couple attacks on it's back. Before he ran out of momentum, Karite quickly activated his basic skill. "Wicked Strike." The attack hit the boss hard and canceled out its cannon charge. Karite jumped back, he knew his partners could then finish it off.

 

Admin -- Nero: Level 6. 1/3 Exp + Zeke: Level 5. 1/3 Exp

The ogre counter swiped it's cannon at Karite, but missed as he jumped back. It stopped for a while.
"Is he just waiting to be finished off?" Nero asked.
"Who cares?! Just kill it off!" Zeke shouted at him.
The ogre then suddenly stuck his cannons in the ground and massive clouds of steam were pumped out of the pipes on it. The lights on it started to glow and a charging sound could be heard.
Suddenly, the ogre let all power go into the ground, as a massive earthquake was created, and the earth around the players was being torn apart by cannon energy.

 

Karite quickly moved around as the ground split. He needed to get to higher ground. Suddenly one of the split pieces of the ground was shot up by a burst energy. Karite saw his chance and jumped up to it before leaping even higher off of it. He he came down he raised his scythe and cut one of the boss' cannons. It sparked a moment before exploding in its face. Karite looked over to see it charging up another shot with it's other cannon.

 

Twin Blade Level 0 2/3 XP

After Reo had completely shrugged off the very rude users he continued to walk around the root area. But as he did this, the users began to silently follow him. After some time Reo had come into the outskirts of the area. A Chaos Gate revolved in the air slowly and Reo watched it. "It's amazing with what computers can do these days." But as he turned around, the two users from before were standing there with cold expressions on their faces. One of them called out to him and spoke with a cocky swagger, "Hey n00b, you know what that is?"

Reo gestured with one of his hands and said plainly, "It's a Chaos Gate, what's it to you?"

The player gritted his teeth in anger and took out a giant blade, "You know what I am, huh n00b?!"

"Obviously a Blade Brandier . . ."

His friend took out his scythe and smiled angrily, "Yeah and what about me?"

"Flick Reaper . . . big whoop for you."

Both looked at each other and said at the same time, "WRONG!!!" Reo clicked on their characters and their states displayed. "Oh man, a level 5 and a level 4." Reo thought. He bounced on his heels and braced himself for defence. The blade user lunged at him with great speed and Reo side-stepped quickly to avoid the hit. "Good thing I distributed all my starting points equally." The next one slashed down at Reo but missed as Reo flipped forward and pushed the scythe blade into the users blade (which had a small circle in the middle). He jumped on the shoulders of the users and spun around, kicking them and slashing at them with great speed.

He leaped off of his assailants and away from them at a distance. He clicked on the characters he was facing and saw, as expected that his attack did little to no damage. the little screen above them showed 97/100 and 93/100. He brought his blades back up in attack position and watched as the two got their weapons untangled. The Blade wheeled around and yelled at him saying, "That's it. We were just going to teach you some manners. But now, we're gonna kill your ass!!!"

Reo cocked an eyebrow at his desk and scoffed. "Okay . . . big deal, kill me and I'll respawn in the Root Area again. Plus, that's the only place I've been in this game sooooo, yeah? Idiots . . ."

 

Admin -- Nero: Level 6. 2/3 Exp + Zeke: Level 5. 2/3 Exp

Nero and Zeke both saw their chance. They thought alike most of the times, as if brothers. Nero ran forward towards the ogre, dodging the earth plates and energy waves, with his lance behind him.
He lifted it and jumped. As the sun let a fiery red glow on his lance, he pierced it through the lower arm of the ogre, nailing it to the ground. Zeke was next. He ran at a earth plate flying at him. He quickly dashed on it and jumped in higher air. He charged his attack much as he could, and went flying towards the boss' arm, with his blade downwards. It cut right through the massive arm and bone, with the cannon hand still pierced to the ground.
The boss now had no more arms! It was time to strike.

 

Level up! Now level 5!

Karite ran up as he knew that it was the perfect opportunity. He jumped on the boss' back and activated his skill. "Wicked Strike." he said as he launched the attack directly into the back of its head. The attack hit hard and dropped the boss down to the ground. Karite positioned his scythe and in one swift move, decapitated the boss, killing it. "Done."

 

Twin Blade Level 0 3/3 XP

The blade and the flick began to have strange data symbols arched on their weapons. Reo looked through his memory and remembered nothing like that from the instruction book. "What the hell?!" he thought as he readied himself for more combat. The blade began to walk towards him and spoke again, "We'll ask you again, what are we, huh, n00b?!"

Reo spat on the ground and snapped back, "Don't know, but I'm not running away!"

"Good . . . hope you like the afterlife!" The blade then started to charge at him and slashed at Reo's head. He back stepped and avoided the blow. As he kept on dodging, he clicked on the character again and tried to read his stats. His stats were constantly fluctuating and his information turned into a warped language of text characters. Reo's eyes widened as he tried his best to think about what was going on. The flicker came in and yelled out at him in voice that sounded far from sane, "WE'RE P.K.'S n00b AND WE'RE GONNA KILL YOUR ASS RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW!!!"

Reo thought about what he had just heard but had no idea what it meant. "I could use some help right now . . . from anyone!"

Wraith looked at him and said "Yeah." "I'll go look around for some information." He then left Zan to look around. He started asking people around the pubs where to find maps. They told him to go try the merchant area. He headed there and bought a map from a merchant. "Thank you." He then started walking back to Zan. Along the way, he eavesdropped couple of people talking. "...Yeah I heard it." "They said that there are people who could instantly kill people with some invisible power or something." "....You don't say?" "....Yeah." "I do." Wraith looked at them and said "some invisible power?" He thought about it while walking back to Zan. He handed Zan the map and said "Here you go." "So, what should we do now?"

 

ADEPT ROUGE LVL 2- 2/3 XP.

Zan thought about the question and said"Well lets go fight something we need to level up so we can become powerful. Plus we need items. So got any good places where we can fight? Any Arenas?" Zan asked him. He had thought about it an had forgot about where to go, he hadn't played in more than a year. This guy might be new but he might know a place to go. So they walked till Wraith spoke, but Zan didn't hear him, he had heard something, About treasure, so he turned, and saw a old man. He walked up to him."So what's this about treasure?" Zan asked, the old man looked up at him. "Well i tired to get it myself but i'm to old, but here, you youngsters might do the trick." he said. Zan thought about it and took the map. He turned and looked at Wratih, we i now what i'm doing today." he said. "Coming?" Zan asked holding up the map.

 

Twin Blade Level 1 0/3 XP

Reo darted around the two users and ran to the Chaos Gate but was blocked off by the two users. The flick slashed out at him and knicked him. Reo winced and held his side and looked at his side at the desk. A small cut formed and it bled slightly. "What the hell is going on?!" he thought and began to panic. "What the hell did you do?"

The Flick Scythe grinned wildely and spoke, "What's the matter n00b, don't know what a P.K. is?"

The Blade Brandier laughed histerically and spoke, "We're Player Killers, we attack players and kill them in The World and the real world. Now you see what happens when you mess with people in The World?!" He charged at him a raised his sword up high. Reo froze in horror, unable to move . . . his eyes widened and he yelled out, "SOMEONE PLEASE ME!!!"

 

Wraith looked at him and said "Sure." "I got nothing better to do." He then smiled and looked at the map. Apparently, the nearest place for them to explore was Hull Granz cathedral. "Ah." "Aura's cathedral." "I heard about that place from some kids from my school." "They said its a good place to start finding items and other stuff." "Lets go."

 

ADEPT Rouge LVL 2-3/3XP

The were running through the town, till they found the Hull Granz cathedral. It was a grand place, the London bridge was nothing like this. "Well, this is cool, well come on lets go in." Zan said. They walked inside ans saw other people in there too. They all seemed to be gaining strength praying or looking for something. Zan looked at the map and they followed it up some stairs, they walked and walked till the got to a tower. Inside was a large room with a single giant chest in the middle of the room. "Well lets seem what's indie of this little box. They walked up to it and two people fell down, each with Broad swords in there hands. There where big people, Zan pulled out his blade to get ready, He saw Wraith do the same.

 

Adept Rouge level 1-2 exp 50

Wraith brought his sword and looked at the new enemies. "These guys..... they're strong." He pointed his sword at him and looked at Zan. "We can't get too cocky." "They might kill us." One of them then started charging at Wraith. He blocked the enemie's attack and walked back. He then charged at the guy and gave a him a good cut on the arm. He looked at Zan and said "I got this guy." "The other one is all yours."

 

Zan said nothing, the stood with his sword up ready to attack but waited. The man ran over to him and swung his sword down on him but Zan moved and jumped onto the sword like on that tv show he saw. He brought down his blade but missed as the man swung his sword up. Zan ran at him blocked his attack, and dodged his fist. He came up and stabbed him in his belly. It didn't work that well though. He backed up and tired it again but was hit but a fist. He went down and got back up and slashed out at him in wildness backing him to a wall. Then when the man's sword was brought up Zan slashed him five times on his chest. The man fell and was gone.

 

Wraith kept fighting his guy with his sword. They kept clashing and clashing. When they clashed again, Wratih quickly broke it and stab the man in the chest. He then quickly pulled the sword and said "Fade into the dark." He then sheathed his sword and looked at Zan. He gave him a smiled and went to the chest. He opened it and grabbed two potions. He gave one to Zan and said "THere you go." Thats your cut."

 

ADPET ROUGE, LVL3(1/3XP)

"Cool, we going to be needing these sooner or later. So lets go out and find some money next i need some." Zan told him, they left and while they walked out Zan was knocked down by what seemed like a high leveled person, maybe only 20 but still much stronger than Zan was. He got up and looked at the guy that pushed him. He brought out his sword and tied to hit him out of anger but a blast of magic hit him making him nearly disappear. He tried to get up but fell. Wratih didn't do anything cuz he saw a battle he could not win. The guy walked on. "Well i guess in the real world he's a little geek with no life that get's picked on.

 

Wraith looked at and said "Maybe." "But I also think that he has alot of anger and is just trying to find a way to get it out of his system." "Or maybe hes just alone." "Who knows." He then bent down and brought up Zan. He then looked around the cathedral and saw a lot of people were leaving. "I guess there nothing left." "Oh well." He then started walking towards the door. "Come on." "Lets go." Just as he was leaving, a young woman appeared looking at the statue of Aura. She started reading a little bit of it. "The goddess Aura the started shifting the world of darkness with her light and -" Wraith then started blurting in. "Drove back the shadows the roam the land." The girl looked back and said "YEah." Wraith looked at her and said "Hi." "I'm Wraith." She then said "Hi." "I'm Yui."

 

Twin Blade Level 1 1/3 XP

Reo barely had any time at all to roll over and avoid "Log Off" but it failed. "No, no, no!" he said with a shaky voice and breathed in and out slowly."Okay . . . knowing that these guys are hell bent on taking me out . . . I need to find a way to maneuver away from them at get back to the town and someone there can help me." as he thought this, the Flick Reaper shot a fireball straight at him. He rolled to the side and got back to his feet ready for the next attack.

 

Wraith looked at her and said "I see that you are into the legen also." Yui shook his head and said "Yep." "I read about Aura's history online." "I guess we're both into old legends, right?" Wraith looked at her and smiled. "Yeah." "I guess we are." They looked at eachother for awhile and finally Yui said "Do you know....about the legend of the Terror of Death?" Wraith looked at her and said "Terror of Death?" Yui shook her head and said "YEah." "The legend of Skeith."
