Adept Rouge Level 12 1/3

"Oh. Dang!" Gerik exclaimed. Tom moved his character foreward in a run. He made his character dive towards the NPC. He barely caught her. As soon as he got up, Gerik looked through his item list. He found an item that would restore 100 HP to all the nearby allies. He used it, restoring some of Salvatore's and Swift's HP. Gerik noticed that, while he held the NPC, he couldn't use his Dual Swords or his Longsword.

 

Admin Adept Rogue lvl 14 (2/3)

"Hurry," the adept rogue called back as his fist sunk into the head of a random zombie. Blood and gray matter spurted out for a moment before the NPC disappeared, "head for the Chaos Gate!"

With his health up even further, he could sacrifice even more time to taking down goblin zombie after goblin zombie. That and the fact that he was protecting his friend fueled him to push harder against the aggressors.

After a moment or two, Swift found his way next to the black haired character and began unloading round after round on his own side. The air was ripped asunder by the echo of gun fire as each bullet hit home - dead center of each goblin's head. Dropping them effortlessly.

A smirk creased Swift's face as he glance toward the other man, "I could do this all day! Didn't I tell ya' this would be a good spot?"

"Less talking, more shooting!"

 

Alkaid jumped and at the sametime drew on of her swords and held it at Sion's neck. "Oh damn! Sorry about that!" she exclaimed as she withdrew her sword. "You should never sneak up on me like that! I even hate it when he does it and-" Alkaid stoped. "Well anyway you're finally hear."

The troll fell backwards at the power of the lance as it kept floating in the air. It black and white yet still shining with light. Wraith kept looking at it with amazement. "Wow." He could feel the power of the lance call out to him, like it was made for him. "That power...... I need it." That is when the lance started descending down to him, coming to it's master. The troll saw this coming so it decided to get up and charge at Wraith before he could weild the shining weapon. The beast was too late. Wraith weilded it and swung it around. He laughed at the power it brought. "Marvelous." "Truly marvelous." He then looked and saw that the beast was still charging. He grinned and said "Lets test this out!" He then pulled the lance back and then finally, he lunged it and stabbed the troll. He then said with a grin "I know you're name, weapon." "I already said it and I shall say it again." "Your name is........INNUS!" That is when the troll started dissolving into black bubbles as Wraith started laughing manically to the sky. "Hahahahahahahhahahaaha!"

 

Alkaid glared at Sion. "Yeah and you can also ask me all the questions you want to abot AIDA." She added him to her party and then lead him the the Chaos gate and raised her hand. "The place is called FOBIDDEN HIDDEN GARDEN OF FIRE" Then like magic the gate ativated and transported them both. Alkaid had a bad feeling when they arrived.

 

Level 24 2/3

As Karite reached the docks he stopped in front of a set of large double doors that had appeared just beyond the docks area. As he walked up the doors opened automatically for him. Inside was a long hallway that led to a split. In front of the split was a small faceless doll. Karite walked wondering what it was. He bent down by it and noticed a small card in front of it. The card read: May the Guild Master reach out and touch this Grunty to give it life. Karite knew he was going to be the guild master, after all it was his guild. So with a slightly confused look on his face, Karite reached out and picked up the doll. He looked it over, seeing nothing on it that would show him how to bring it to life. Karite wondered if he may have to go through something to become the guild master. Suddenly the doll glowed and Karite dropped it in shock. "ow *oink*"
"Waht the-?!" Karite jumped back when he heard the voice. Then he noticed that the glowing stopped. Standing infront of him was a small pig creature in close similar to his own. It looked at him silently as Karite just stared in shock. "What are you?"
"This guilds grunty. *oink* I'm SilentGrunty."
"What's a grunty for?" Karite asked. He waited a few minutes with no reply. "Hello?"
"*oink*" SilentGrunty just went to a pedastal and jumped onto it. Karite walked up to the pedastal and stared. Finally the grunty handed him a card.

The guild grunty- An NPC based off the guild master, the grunty will handle small day-to-day operations of the guild while the GM(guild master) is out. Members can come to the grunty for any guild related questions or requests and the grunty will do what it can to help. The GM can also complete various tasks to fill up the Book of 1000, which in addition to personal rewards, will increase the guild rank.

"So you're based off me?" Karite asked, wondering how the small thiong could be based off him.
"Yes. *oink* Any other questions?" it replied.
"What's this 'Book of 1000' mentioned by the card?" SilentGrunty bent down and hefted up a large tome with the number 1000 printed on the cover. Karite flipped through the pages, noticing certain things that said 'do this and you get this and the guild gets this' quite a bit. "Is there a limit to this? Like time or anything?"
The grunty again was silent. Karite scowled a little, "Are you going to answer me?"
"Name is SilentGrunty. *oink* I don't talk much." Karite sighed but smiled right after. Ok, I guess this thing is based off me. Now to go get my hopefully two other members. Karite sent an e-mail to Sion and Nero, again asking thm to meet him at Mac Anu's town square. With a final look at his guild, Karite walked out with a smile on his face.

 

Adept Rouge Level 12 2/3

"Wonderful." Gerik thought sarcastically. "I get here to assist Salvatore, and all I get to do is take some NPC out of this area." Gerik ran towards the Chaos Gate. There were no enemies blocking his way. And a good thing too, since Gerik couldn't fight while carrying the NPC. Gerik reached the Chaos Gate and quickly opened up the menu. The data swirled around him, taking Gerik out of the area and back to Dol Dona. "Hurry up Salvatore."

 

Admin Adept Rogue lvl 14 (3/3)

Not long after, both players gated to Dol Dona. Their shoulders slumped and the two of them pressed their backs to one another. A sigh of relief passed the both of their lips at the same time. For a moment the two of them shared a look, and then burst into wide grins. "Mission, complete," Swift comment. "Nice workin' with ya' kid. Look forward to doing it again. If you need me for anything, and I've got the time, send me a message - here's my member address."

Hibari added the address to his small - very small in fact - list. "See you around then." Without another word, the steam gunner walked off to the market. As Salvatore watched him leave, he wondered about expanding his specifications about the guild.

The guild...

His eyes snapped back to Gerik, "Man oh man, am I ever glad you were able to make it when you did!" Picking himself up, the adept rogue continued to smile, "Come on, lets go turn in this quest and get our guild license! Once that's done we can talk about specifics - Wait a minute... Which one of us should be the guild leader?"

The question was legitimate. While he had started the quest in hopes of a license, he couldn't forget his friend. If not for him they wouldn't even be able to turn the quest in. While he desperately wanted the license, if Gerik wanted it he'd back down.

"Well, first lets get this quest handed in before it closes." Turning back to the gate, Salvatore let the stream of data carry him all the way back to Mac Anu. It was there that the woman NPC walked back up. However she wasn't alone. Dressed in a fine suit was her lover. A fair looking man with a certain charm to him. "We can't thank you enough for reuniting us. As promised, here is my Guild Liscence." The man handed a small gold paper to Salvatore before turning with his love and walked away.

Holding the piece of paper in his hand, Salvatore turned to look back at Gerik. "Mission accomplished! Now, for guild business. Which of us should lead?"

 

Level Up. Adept Rouge Level 13 0/3

"If you're too busy in the real world, I could always lead." Gerik answered. "I'm fine either way. And there's nothing wrong with being a co-leader, or whatever the second-in-charge is called. Oh, and also you think up a name. I cannot think up names if my life depended on it. So it's your call."

 

Admin Adept Rogue lvl 17 (1/3)

Salvatore nodded in a solemn manner before his brow furrowed in thought. "Right... What do you think about the name: Wave? It'll hold a sort of symbolic meaning, don't you think? Sounds a bit generic but its what the name represents. At least to my way of thinking."

Pausing to look back to Gerik - and see the subtle nod - Salvatore released a sigh. "Now about members. Do we want to limit who joins by their character job? In light of recent events with Swift, I don't see any reason why we can't be Twin Blades, Steam Gunners, and Adept Rogues."

 

Level 24 3/3 Level up! Now level 25!

Karite reached the town center and stared at his reflection in the water. I just need to wait for Sion and Nero. Then we can first get rid of that PKer Sukiko. I got her brother already so it'll be easier. afterwards we can use the guild to search out those weird things Sion told me about. Man, things are going to be much easier with a guild to help back it up. As Karite looked around, he saw no sign of Sion or Nero coming. He did a quick check and saw that Sion was online but that Nero wasn't. Ok, Nero has an excuse but Sion, where are you?

 

Epitaph User: Tarvos, Twin Blade Level 22 2/3 XP

Leonardo wandered the root town of Mac Anu for hours on end, trying to picec together what was going on with him or why things were so strange. He had tried to remembered what had happened to him for him to end up like this.

He looked up to the dark night sky of Mac Anu and looked at his feet with a face of true sorrow trying his best not to cry for his lost friends. When he looked at his stomach he realized that he did not feel hungry. It was strange yet good to him that he did not feel hunger for he was sure that he could not gain any real food or even nutrition from the food of "The World."

Then again...all he wanted to do was leave "The World"...

 

Wraith's body was flowing with power. He stood there with a grin as he stared at right hand of which he used the lance with. "This power..... this is my power." That is when he let out a insane laugh as he tilt his head to the sky and kept laughing as the laughter got more twisted and demonic as Wraith finally acknowleged something. Power makes him feel whole inside. "This power.....its amazing!"

Yui looked at the sky as tears fell out of her eyes. She felt it. Because she was close to Wraith, she felt the darkness. "Oh Wraith."

Leo looked down to her the voice of a despaired girl. The moment his eyes set on her his chest leaped. She had such beauty that it was almost captivating in the moonlight of Mac Anu. He stood up and walked towards her and could feel a great sense of pain from this strange but beautiful girl.

Leo continued on wards but accidentally tripped and ran into her. When he had realized that he touched her arm to stop himself from falling his heart froze over. He was never able to touch other players except for combat...this was entirely different. He looked up at her with eyes of fear and shock.

 

Yui looked up and saw a strange man looking back at her. That is when she noticed that he could touch her arm. "No one is able to touch other players in the game." "Who is this guy?" That is when she got up and said "Are you ok sir?" "I'm sorry that you're hurt." "I didn't mean to get in your way."

 

OOC: Leo is only 16-years-old XD

IC: Leo got up and tried his very best to push away the incredible urge to turn tail and run. He looked at her and swallowed and nodded, "I-I'm fine...I'm sorry for doing...that..." as his voice trailed off he looked down to the stone ground as other players looked at him with faces of bewilderment.

One of the stepped out from the small crowd and cried out, "He's not a player, he's a virus!
"Yeah! Players can't make any real physical contact!
"I bet he's a player killer!
"Both of em' have to be Player Killer!
From the crowd stepped three Crimson Knights. The one in the middle raised his voice and called order to the rabid crowd of players, "If they are indeed viruses then we can eliminate him here and now! Crimson Knights, attack!" They charged at him in one unit with the intent of eliminating him.

"No, that's not it! Damn it, they won't listen! Run!" As soon as the thought left him he turned away from the girl, letting go off her hand and ran deeper into Mac Anu.

 

When the player left her there, Yui looked back and saw the knights charging at them from the city. She gasped and said "Oh my god run!!!!" That is what she did. She kept on running so fast, she caught up to player that left her there. "Look what you got us into!"

Reon looked at her a retorted strongly, "I didn't do anything! They yelled at me! So why don't you keep your mean comments to yourself will you and keep running?!" He kept pounding his legs and was truly happy that he felt no fatigue as the people behind him were trying to eliminate them. He turned a corner and hid behind a wall and grabbed the girl's arm pulling her down next to him to gain some sort of cover for them. He looked at her and ignored the thought of having his eyes wander below her neck for her Avatar's outfit was somewhat pleasing to his eyes as it was to other male players he was sure of. "What the hell is wrong with you?! It's a damn game not a freaking bachelor pad!"

 

Yui panted and panted as they hid from the mob that was trying to kill them. She looked at him and said Well, it seems you really ticked them off." "What did you d-" That is when she stopped as she saw him looking at her full figure. Her face somehow turned all red as she yelled at him. "What do you think you are looking at you big pervert?!!!!!"
