Okay here's another character before i start posting. I may add another one later on

*Angel has the ability to control the movement of air which includes the ability to generate winds with intense force, lift and carry objects, and fly. She can also create a cutting effect by refining the force of the wind and can compress air into a person’s ear to disrupt their middle equilibrium thereby disrupting their balance. Even with the ability to control wind, Angel still thinks that her and powers are useless so she had yuffie create gauntlets equipped with cybernetic bearings around her fingers that enables her to discharge surges of electricity from the fingertips.
*possess some athletic and martial arts skills and superhuman strength due to the training she received from yuffie.

Bio: lived in an orphanage basically all her life. Once she was affected with the virus the owners of the orphanage had to give her up because she caused too much property damage by tearing up crops in the backyard and blowing holes in the wall whenever she sneezed and so on. She was later found by the principal of the fraternity half dead in the middle of the road. Angel joined the institute a month later but in that same month she ran away, feeling nothing but loneliness. The only thing she could remember was walking in a jungle on some island she flew to before passing out. When she came to, she was in a huge mansion in some mysterious dark room. A door opened and a figure walked in. it turned out to be small little girl wearing a smile on her face. (The conversation between the two will be revealed later in the rp) but after that she joined the fraternity wholeheartedly.

biography: born i berlin, germany to Yoite and Elfride Koetsuji. his father was head of a large advanced technological company in tokyo. hmi and his family moved to tokyo to raise victor to run the company later on. At thirteen, his parents were murdered by the fraternity due to a power struggle over the company. because of his parents death he was forced to become head of his company at 14. soon after he started shuttig people uot and became cold, emotionally withdrawn, and swore that he would find the people who murdered his parents. his powers first developed during the funeral, killing off the other funeral goers. his most prized posession was found during an expedition from a rumor he heard about an immense power amplifier from an ancient civilization.
suffers from constant visions of what was happened in his life. does weaponized business with the fraternity as a ploy to take them out.

She is a master of many Japanese combat forms including Ninjutsu. she possesses a high level in athleticism in human strength, speed, stamina, agility, dexterity, reflexes & reactions, coordination, balance, and minimal endurance. Plus with 20/10 vision, and a gun in her hand, she almost never misses her mark. she naturally works out her body through daily training and pushes herself on a daily basis to reach her human limits and has high levels of all natural physical abilities. Her speed and agility are probably her greatest assets.

biography: Born and raised in Italy, she worked in a family business with her mother and father. she lived a content life and had a close relationship with her mom. closer than normal. ( after omega outbreak ) on one hot busy day, a customer tries to leave without paying. Isabella's father tries to keep the man from leaving but the customer easily overpowered him. Isabella having seen this as she walked out the kitchen, dropped the pitcher of water she was carrying and ran to her father's side. just then the non-payin customer spat in her father's face. seeing this sent Isabella into a blind rage and she kneed the man in his balls and double up with a punch to his chest when he bent over. she then jumped on top of him and continued to beat him till he had a broken nose, jaw, cracked collar bone and several bruises around his neck. an hour later once the unconcious body was removed, Isabella's father was freaking out and spouting obscene words and calling her a demon. her mother tried to reason with him but he just wouldn't listen. Isabella just stood there motionless, her mother told her that it was probably best she go. Isabella couldn't believe what she had heard and was about to do something she regretted before she saw her mother's smile. her simile usually meant that everythig was going to be okay. so with that, the next day rebecca departed with everything she owned and with no real destination in mind. ( 4 month's later ) Isabella has trained and developed her abilites and now sides with the fraternity inorder to carry out their goal. She has become one of the many top assassins the fraternity possesss. The only thing that keeps her going is to fulfill the fraternity's wishes, kill her fool of a father, and to reunite with her mother once again.

Biography: When the U.S. military started looking for volunteers for creating super warriors, Vox was first in line...he wished. He was given the Virus by the government, but always planned on turning on them in the end. He didn't want the Virus to be turned into a weapon creating monsters, he wanted the disease to be destroyed, and he longed for peace on earth. He was a pacifist origanily, but has recently changed that philosophy working for the Fraternity. He escaped the Government's militant program in June of 2011, and has since joind the fraternity. He wants the Alpha's to be excepted and will do anything to create peace (a Malcolm X type of philosophy)
