    dualblade Break!

Most PS3s dont play PS2 games. The 60 GB (or was it 80?) plays them, but nothing lower does.Either the way, those were the ones that came out at the start.Newer ones dont.I got lucky, got one of the early ones.My PS2 doesnt read discs anymore,so yeah.

On re:Coded,is there any new stuff in it or is it just a port?

  2. Ventus

    Ventus Kickass Keyblader!

re:coded has new things aswell as turn based gameplay, which confuses me. The trailer made it look like it had new stuff.

My reason is what Toph said.

Naturally we would've only thought of ourselves.

First and foremost. Please use correct grammar. PS3 doesn't play PS2 games anymore. And to further elaborate on that point, the newer versions of PS3s are not backwards compatible. All the PS3 slims cannot play PS2 games.

Considering that Coded was originally made for the cellphone, it needs to have new things.

In addition to what Desert said the newer slim PS3 consoles cannot play PS2 game straight out of the box, but Sony has developed a free downloadable update to enable backward compatibility on the console. This update does not work on the 40gb PS3 - my PS3 console...n

Which is precisely why I'm all for the PS3 collection.

On a more topic related note, I'm curious about the upcoming game Re:coded and what system the game will be put on? Is there a trailer or trailers for the game? The game is a complete mystery for me. I've only heard of it.

Its on the DS.It was originally on the cell phone (I think) in Japan.I dont know why they didnt do that in the first place since it just finished and already is being put on the DS,but eh,its alright.Dont have the system for it either way.

I know what you what mean. I'm not looking for a DS anyways, and besides that I really don't think the Nintendo DS does the series justice - I'm looking at you Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days...

Yeah, that and Kingdom Hearts wikia, If you don't mind a general summary of the plot.

Yes and get BBS, and if you have a PS3 let's do adhoc.

    How is the multiplayer anyways?

I've only done multiplayer in the japanese version since at this point I'm still finishing through the stories - I've only got Ventus left. The multiplayer is a lot of fun, specifically when you battle with your own deck. The battles get really crazy when just about everyone is tossing out Curagas and Ultimate level techs. Oh yeah and "stop" is broken..

It's a bit laggy, but its hardly noticeable in combat.
