Potential Disney Worlds

    Upon the knowledge that KH3 will be made, its time to look at the possible disney worlds. Now what makes this list more different that others is that Im looking at it towards a developer's point of view. Which means if I could make it, Square Enix most certainly can. So here we are, the list of all the possible disney worlds (I haven't seen pixar films so hence why aren't any pixar worlds)

    Jungle Book
    Due to the fact that the world was going to be in Birth By Sleep, this one is most likely. Not to mention that even in human form, Sora could happily visit this world.

    Peter Pan - Peter Pan - Neverland - Captain Hook (Could be anywhere in Neverland)
    Captain Hook never got defeated. He always run away like a coward. So as long as Hook keeps doing this, Neverland can always return. Not to mention that with BBS's version of the world, this sets it to being the highest probability of any of the worlds.

    The Sword in the Stone - Merlin/Arthur(Not likely) - Dark Woods - Madame Mime (No idea)
    Although Merlin has appearred in Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, he hasn't stated whether his story has been done. So for all we know it could've been done either already or still to be done.
    The story would revolve around the second part of the story mainly as the first half has no boss battles. Except that wolf.

    Aladdin and the King of Theives - Aladdin - Agrabah - Sa'luk (Vanishing Isle)
    The third film in the trilogy hasn't been done yet. And with no complications to the story or the gameplay, this makes it very likely. However doing this story will end the Aladdin world.

    The Lion King 2 - Simba/Kiara/Kovu - Pride Lands - Zira (Riverside)
    In Kingdom Hearts 2 credits, it shows Kira being born. Maybe an clue to Sora returning?
    To be fair, it would be almost the same to the world they did in Kingdom Hearts 2. Though one concern is the essence of time. Though like Aladdin, once it's done, end of the Lion King world.

    Hercules - Hercules? - Underworld - Hades (Underworld)
    Hades can't die as he's a god. He can only disappear for a while. Although they completely did the Hercules story so they would need to write a new story. So the although the chances are high, I can't see a proper story.

    Pirates of the Caribbean : Dead Man's Chest - Jack Sparrow - Port Royal - Kraken (Black Pearl)
    The second film in the trilogy hasn't been done. However due to 2 of the main voice actors quitting the film series, this could be a problem.

    101 Dalmations - Pongo? - London - Cruella Da Vil in her car (Roads)
    Would be done like how the Lion King was done but instead as a dalmation(Sora),a parrot(Donald) and a turtle(Goofy)
    However the problem is that in KH1, all 101 dalmations make an appearance. But how far in their storyline they were in is a different matter. Like Merlin.

    The Aristocats - Thomas O'Malley - Paris - Edgar (Stables)
    Would be done like how the Lion King was done but instead as a cat(Sora),a parrot(Donald) and a turtle(Goofy). However this would have to be a short story.

    Oliver and Company - Dodger - New York City - Roscoe and DeSoto (Top of Sykes' Car)
    Would be done like how the Lion King was done but instead as a cat(Sora),a parrot(Donald) and a turtle(Goofy)
    This one is a bit iffy due to the small space Sora and the party would have to fight them as the last place where Roscoe and DeSoto are alive is on top of the car.

    Robin Hood - Robin Hood - Sherwood Forest - Sheriff of Nottingham (Castle Tower)
    Now strangely enough there are two opportunities for boss battles. The first is during the archery contest where Robin and the group
    are fighting their way out. The second is when Robin is fighting the Sheriff in the burning tower. So providing they find voice actors, this is a really good chance.

    The Black Cauldron - Taran - Prydain - The Horned King (The room which the Horned King stores the cauldron)
    Similar story with The Aristocats

    The Great Mouse Detective - Basil - London - Ratigan (Big Ben)
    Would be done like how the Lion King was done but instead as a mouse(Sora),bird(Donald) and a bog turtle(Goofy).
    However with Ven's story providing new guidelines to how you can visit worlds, Sora and the gang can be shrinked.

    Lilo and Stitch - Stitch - Hawaii - Gantu (No idea.)
    A with Lion King 2, time is the only barrier preventing the world.

    Treasure Planet - Jimmy - Treasure Planet - John Silver (No idea again)
    Pretty simple. Also a chance for a mini game.

    Brother Bear - Kenai - Ice Mountains - Denahi (Mountain Side)
    Would be done like how the Lion King was done but instead as a bear(Sora),eagle(Donaled) and a turtle(Goofy).

    Alice in Wonderland (2010)??? - Alice - Wonderland - Jabberwocky (Didn't watch the film)
    Technically it can be done but in my opinion it probably won't be done due to it not being a popular film published by Disney or a Disney Classic.

    Now this is only the disney classics. If you want to help me with this list, start posting films which I may have missed. I will examine them and if they're possible, I'll add it to the list.

    Nice list.
    All three of these are excellent choices. I'd love to see any and all of them in the next KH game.

    I don't think this could (or should) be done, since we already had a version of Alice in KH I. If they tried to animate a story based on the 2010 movie in the same live-actiony way as they did PotC, I think that would feel really awkward. And if they kept to the classic Disney movie's animation, but followed the 2010 film's story, it'd be just as weird for me. Not to mention that the story of the 2010 film was not that great.

    I think we can count on them continuing to use this world, if only for the coliseum. In KH I, there wasn't really a proper story, so that'd be no different. And there can never be enough Hades.

    I didn't care for Port Royal in KH II, so it wouldn't exactly break my heart never to see it turn up again. But anyways, none of the characters in KH were voiced by the actors who originally portrayed them in the film franchise. IMDB lists James Arnold Taylor as Capt. Jack, Eliza Schneider as Elizabeth, Crispin Freeman as Will, and Brian George as Barbossa, and with it being so long since the game was released, I'd be willing to bet on IMDB being accurate here. So as long as they are able to use the actors' images, which I would imagine they have the rights to, it should be no problem to include the world again.

    As to any you missed, erm, what about The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea? I'm actually not very familiar with the story (saw it once like 10 years ago), but we know S-E loves torturing us with Atlantica. You could have either Ariel or Melody as an ally, and the villain, I think, is Morgana, Ursula's sister. :rolleyes: I guess it would depend on when in time KH III takes place, if this could work or not.

    I've never heard of the Little Mermaid 2. But Im sure that if theres a story, SE will torture us again.

    ^ Well, Melody is Ariel's young daughter, so if KH III takes place just a year or so after KH II, it wouldn't really work, unless you argued that time moved differently on the different worlds, which we've seen no evidence of. Or they could tweak the story to have Melody as a baby get kidnapped by Morgana, and Sora has to help Ariel get her back. Or we could just sing again.

    Tbh, we dunno what happens in Neverland as the people there never get old. So in theory, BBS's neverland for all we know could take place a week before KH1...wait I just read what I typed. That has to be the dummest thing I've ever wrote.

    Though the Melody thing is very similar to Lion King 2

    I can see a lot of those happening, and I could see tweaking a few. We don't run into an issue with this one though to much, but instead of 101, make it 102 Dalmation.

    I realise the only 102 Dalmation film they have it live action, but as a kid I played a computer game with the animated sort of version, so this could be easily done.


    Alice and Wonderland(2010) I'm going to say no to

    Merlin wouldn't work. As we all know he did come from The Sword in the Stone, in the actual game he is from Hollow Bastion/ Radiant Garden. So that would have to be a no.

    I can't see Pinochio happening. Sure we didn't do the story in the game, but in the credits of Kingdom Hearts 1, they showed Pinochio becoming a boy so that's pretty much impossible of being done.

    Pirates could be easily done, if we don't have a voice actor we can find one, you always find somebody who can have the same voice as an actor, perfect evidence is Mickey and Namine in the the series alone. They both sound the same as their past voice actors, but they're not the same.

    I've read that Pinocchio would've been in 358/2 where Roxas and Xion would try to find hope in his world. Pinocchio appears as a boy.

    Alice - I said potential. I never said it would be good.

    Dalmations - Can work either way

    Pirates - Good point

    Merlin - They did the Fairy Godmother from KH1 but they still did the world she came from. As with Mushu, Simba and Stitch

    I would like to see Fox and the hound,Dumbo,Bambi, Toy Story, and Lilo and Stitch but most likely never gonna happen. But it would be cool to see Sora as a toy fighting with buzz and woody beating up toy heartless. Oh and The Jungle Book

    Its been a while but Im updating it. Im adding Tangled. Why? Because both of the main characters can fight!
    (Rapunzel would behave like Ariel did in KH1 but has a frying pan!)

    Tangled - Rapunzel/Flynn - Suncrest Kingdom (Or its real name. Made it up) - Mother Gothel (Tower)

    The best thing is Gothel changes from sweet to evil so she can easily become a heartless.

    Time for another update.

    Pocahontas - None/John Smith - New Virginia - Governor Ratcliffe? (Field)
    The barrier here is making a story work. As although Ratcliffe is a villain, he's not evil enough to turn into a heartless.

    Emperor's New Groove - None - Kingdom of the Sun (Name of what the film would've been called) - Yzma (Palace)
    No matter what people say, this would be a fun battle. Like Ratcliffe, not evil enough but she can use magic so there's not a problem here.

    The Princess and the Frog - None - New Orleans - Dr Facilier (Graveyard)
    This is by far the easiest to do. The story has many encounters the protagonists go through.


    I have officially gone through the majority of the classics now. Those I havent mentioned either cant be done (eg Lady and the Tramp) in the way of normal disney worlds or cant be continued (eg Sleeping Beauty)

    I can certainly all of those being done. I don't think it really matters whether or not a villain can be turned into a heartless. Most of them never were that evil anyways, in my opinion. As for my personal tastes of where the series should go for Disney worlds.

    Who Framed Roger Rabbit? - Roger Rabbit/Eddie Valiant - Hollywood-Toon Town - Judge Doom (Warehouse)
    Something new, maybe unexpected, but still, pretty plausible, and if I say so myself, a VERY alluring idea. It wouldn't be too hard for SE to get this into a game, since Disney (last I knew) owns the rights to the story. The world could pretty much be condensed into the Hollywood studios, and parts of Toon Town. Maybe even put in a bit of "chase scene" gameplay for driving the cartoon car. The weasel patrol would be great for a mini boss. And of course, Judge Doom provides for an amazing final boss for the world. Even if he doesn't have "magic" persay, I'd certainly say he's evil enough, and the fact that he is in fact a Toon, the battle could get pretty interesting.

    Well seeing as the only non disney classics have been Tron, Pirates of the Carribean and Nightmare Before Christmas (All due to them being great films), I highly doubt that will be a problem.

    Unrelated but on a whim, I decided to draw what I think Mickey's Keyblade Armour would look like. Dunno why, just thought about doing it for a laugh

    I wish I knew why they werent in Final Mix. I wish I knew.

    And yes, Monsters Inc is disney but Im unsure whether it would work. I have yet to watch the film. I do have it in my dvd collection at home so I'll watch it when Im at home.
