    Alright people, here, I want to see your opinions. I recently see people going for the PS3 and others going for the 360. Personally I like the 360 cuz of Dynasty Warriors and Halo. But seriously, vote on whats your favorite.

    PS3 because the games are better, I'm used to it, there's the PS+ subscription games for cheaper prices and online is free. Halo is lame and boring =/

    P.S: I think there's a thread like this already

    Well I would've said PS3 but now. I'm going with Xbox 360 because of Kinect.

    E3 has really changed how I see the 360.

    Why? Kinect is stupid. It, just like the Playstation Move, is just a rip-off of the Wii's motion thing, just without the controller.

    I thought so too. Unlike the Playstation Move and the Wii motion plus. You are the controller. Whatever movement, turn, spin, or jump used is incorporated into the game. Not to mention you can scan objects such as a backpack or a doll then moments later see it right in front of you and bring it to life. Scanning also works on yourself, turning yourself and your clothes into a virtual avatar. Then the best of all, ultimate lazyiness. Voice Recognition that allows you with just a simple voice command to watch Live TV, Bing Searches, NetFlixs, and much more.

    makes sense but, there are so many glitches with the Kinect. The co-op is so messed up. and besides, you have to pay for online. So lame

    Eh the Wii motion has "glitches" and I bet Move does too.
    But those can be fix.

    Online true! But I'm not referring to money. So yeah you have a point.

    see? PS3 is best. you gotta look for all the flaws and eliminate. That's why I like PS3 better. It's more balanced.

    I chose PS3 because I currently have one. Buuuuttt I my Xbox 360 is being delivered to my house tonite. Figures.

    I think they are just about the same. PS3 has problems but also strengths. Same with Xbox. Let me go into detail.

    Pros of PS3-Great Exclusives, Better Graphics, Free Online. Cons- Long Updates, Controllers can be uncomfortable, Less People on PSn then Live.
    Pros for Xbox- Tons of People on Live, Halo is HUGE(and really fun), Kinect is hands free and the best motion controler there is. Cons- Not a vast veriaty of exclusives. Red Ring of Death(but that isnt really a problem anymore)

    So ya, just about equal to me.

    I've played on both the 360 and the PS3 and I still have to say that I am a Playstation fan through and through.

    Hey i forgot to add in my first post, with the wii, the reason why wii u is coming out is b/c Nintendo is actually losing supporters (now this is marketing im speaking of, because i was quite curious why Wii hasnt released as many games as they should've), both sony and microsoft have actually have climbed to the top when 3 and the 360 came out. Right now, no joke, Xbox is in the lead because of obviously Microsoft, and also, not many people know this, the Xbox has a built in anti-virus. Sony has similarities but lack a anti-virus, which microsoft employees believe is the cause of the hacking of the PSN.

    @ADogX123
    Here's the thing, I can give you an exact differance between the two. If you think about it, Playstation had game genres of RPG, Action/Adventure, not too many Simulators and fighting, and sports games. Xbox had more of shooting, simulators, fighting, action, hack and slash, and strategy games. Microsoft wasn't too crazy about being offer the genre of RPG but accepted it because of Phantasy Star Online with the original xbox.

    Those are the best kind of games which attracts hardcore gamers.
    Technically your still paying for it. :)
    But I know what you mean.

    Playstation and Xbox both have hardcore games. But if your more into the hardcore (CALL OF DUTY!) kind of games then I would go with Xbox 360. There are way to many M games on Xbox 360 so it doesnt appeal to young children. I feel like Xbox 360 has a lot of adults on it. So if ur looking for a mature online experience then ya definatly go with Xbox. If your a teen like me, choose Playstation 3. It has some kids games an some adult games.

    If I didn't have to pay for online Xbox would be cool. If it had a wider variety of exclusives, other than Gears, Halo, Alan Wake.....idk what else, Xbox would be great. If the controller was more comfortable to me, the Xbox would be even better. But alas, Sony has free online, more exclusives (that people like), and, to me, a beter feeling controller. Sure we got hacked and were down for 3 weeks (The Great Outage of 2011) but hey, we got compensation when we came back :D

    Definetely, Xbox 360 is meant for hardcore, *laughs*, although im not a hardcore player, but thats wats good about the 360. Here's the thing, Nintendo, is more of a family game, Playstation is meant for like early teens to young adults, and the 360 is more for young adults (due to alot of M rated games) and above.

    I have to tell you, one thing, i cant stand playing on the xbox.........TOO MANY LITTLE KIDS PLAYING HALO, COD, Gears of War, etc. IT IS SO ANNOYING......I think microsoft should require a fee for sign up for those under the age of 17, because its annoying at the fact kids are playing m rated games when they shouldn't.

    @KingofDarkness
    You have a point there, Xbox live should be free, but theres one problem. The reason why microsoft wants you to sign up because god forbid your system craps out on you, you can contact them and have them scan your system and prehaps repair the software of the system. Live is not only meant for playing games, chatting, and add-ons, its also meant for technical support. Its something Sony doesn't have and is the reason why the PSN was hacked. Microsoft is actually trying to persuade them into joining up, but i doubt that would happen.

    that's the thing. I'm more into what PS3 gives off. Not XBox360. I don't like Halo so don't ask

    Xbox 360 Exclusives:OH THERE ARE SOOOO MANY OF THEM!!!! Halo......Gears of War.....hmmmmm THATS IT(or thats it for the good ones.)
    Playstation 3: Infamous, Uncharted, LittleBigPlanet, ModNationRacers, God of War 3, Killzone. And thats just scraping the tip of the iceburg.
