Kingdom Hearts III: The End of Xehanort

    Hello everybody, I hope you’ve all been doing well. It has been a while since I put up an article, my greatest apology, but thank you sorabrawl for the great update on latest of news.

    There was one thing he did not mention that I’m pretty pumped about and I’m sure the rest of you will be happy to hear! In the latest Famitsu magazine, an interview with Tetsuya Normura was put in. Sorabrawl mentioned this, but great news on it that he released a bit of teaser news for Kingdom Hearts III.

    As of so far every game in the Kingdom Hearts series has somehow been connected to Xehanort. You have Kingdom Hearts with Ansem the heartless which is actually Terra’s heartless and which Terra’s body has been controlled by Master Xehanort. Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, and Kingdom Hearts II has had connections with Xemnas, Xehanort’s nobody. Then finally, Master Xehanort himself in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep.

    Normura has stated that Kingdom Hearts III is now officially in production after so many fans pleads and especially since some of us fans were in middle school when Kingdom Hearts II came out and majority of us will be graduated by high school when Kingdom Hearts III comes out.

    Normura has stated that Kingdom Hearts III will be the final game related to Xehanort. After Kingdom Hearts III there will be no more Xehanort. Well what does this mean by our favorite hero, Sora? Normura has further stated that Kingdom Hearts III is not the last game in the Kingdom Hearts saga, and sources also tell us that Sora will continue to fight the darkness past Kingdom Hearts III.

    This is awesome news! I'm so glad KH3 is being worked on now! I can finally rest easy and wait for release. =D

    My guess is 2013 and I'd rather honestly them make an epic game. Plus I might be able to get a PS3 by 2013 :p

    2013 makes sense. I already have a PS3 so I'm ready for the new KH and FF games =D

    I heard an estimate of around 2014 once but I could be wrong, tea I still need to get a PS3.

    I still think they're working on KH3 as we speak, even if they are saying they're not. I'm guessing KH3 will be released 2 years after 3D because he said "it was a direct follow-up." KH2 came out 2 years afterwards so I expect the same with KH3. I want Square to use the same graphics engine as Final Fantasy Versus XIII and if they do that, it would be quicker to make.

    I at least hope the use the same battle system as 1 and 2. I don't like the panel or equipe systems as much. And DON'T get me started on the CARDS!!!!!

    I want more a focus on the party system and a little more strategy like on the original Kingdom Hearts.

    I didnt mind the battle system in BBS, cards I did absolutely hated and panel system as well.

    Totally agree with Destiny, especially if they add the D-Link option into KH3 that would be awesome, its was my most used technique when playing BBS

    I want party like 1 and Battle like 2.
    The combat in 2 was just so fun.

    I agree with Luke. But it'd be awesome if we could choose our level-up and battle system. I actually liked the card system in Re: CoM

    I also liked the reaction commands. I hope they keep those in.

    We've known for a while that KH3 would be the end of the Xehanort Saga. I'm just glad that production is finally underway.

    As for the game, I suspect they're going to stick with the Command Menu system from KH1 and KH2, which is fine with me. No need to fix what ain't broke.

    ok so when we start a new game for KH3, this comes up as an option to start:

    Choose your level-up and Battle style system:
    -KH 1&2
    -KH Com/Re: CoM
    -KH 358/2 Days
    -KH BBS/BBS Vol. 2
    -KH Coded/Re: Coded
    -KH 3D
