The second post is where it describes positions in a nutshell. I plan to be creating an official thread when the main site is upgraded and I see how the new way of going about things will become.

Not to be rude, or too blunt, but you'd be automatically shut down. In your post there, my own eyes pick out a few errors on how the sentence flows. The one really bugging me is "responsibilities of a edit" as it should be "responsibilities of an editor". It's little stuff like that I definitely need people to pick out on.

Also as Angel implied, any errors in the coding would need fixed up and cleaned quickly.

(If you mean what BK said, then look below) For this I've wanted to do this, but I'm going to wait to make sure each contest- SOTW, Short Story, Drawing, Video, whatever else we may start doing will actually succeed. When they succeed I will post winners and their work on the main site.

I don't do it now because I started to at one point(I think it was SOTW) but it died out after like the third week.

This I can work on here on the forums, however here's a few problems in the past with them...
1.) Nobody enters them because they don't have time(When I did it way in the past I did a month, after I left for awhile and Kitty was super mod specifically there, she had contests not sure how long she had hers)
2.) Everybody always complains about the themes. If it wasn't challenging it isn't a contest
3.) People generally don't put care into it like they do SOTW

As for putting it on the main site, I did a contest a while back where everybody had a chance. I chose the winner though by judging it. The ones I got were... crap. The grammar and spelling were horrendous, the actual storyline was terrible as well. Something I will not put on the main site for not only the site humility put the actual member. After all I know a lot of you are members of KHI and I know we all know a lot of those members can be jerks, so I'm not going to cause members to get upset here if bad comments get posted on the stories on the main page. Now when the updates for the main site come, I'm not going to care as much because they're not right on the main site, more like a side link of the main site.

GFX People(haven't come up with an official name for yet) would have the abilities of an editor, you would read through posts and create a custom featured image for that said post(for example a lot of KHI's news posts have some edited images to go with the posts.

Eventually, and when this occurs the whole GFX team whenever it take up off the ground, there will be a page(that works) for Forums sigs, Avatars, and Wallpapers. The GFX Team would be responsible for creating these for people.
