    She didn't appeared,people saw her like Kairi,Ven and Sora,because of their own memories

    She appears as Kairi, Ventus, and Sora.

    Appears - seems likely or true.

    She appears as Kairi, Ventus, or Sora but that doesn't mean she is actually them.

    Aqua and Xion are two completely different characters and aren't connected in any way.
