"Side Sora" Novel!!!

    Sorry guys I haven't been updating you on Kingdom Hearts News on the forum but if you are that interested you could always check the main page.

    Square Enix Japan has provided the latest information on their online bookstore featuring Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance] first official novel, “Side Sora”. The novel’s release is due June 28, 2012 for a price of ¥800 or approximately $10 USD.

    I wonder why they do the Kingdom Hearts manga after the game is released. I find that weird. ^_^ But it may provide some more insights into the series so I wonder how this manga will appear to fans. I know that there will be a Side Riku but... will there be any more "Sides" besides those two?

    I have honestly never completley enjoyed the mangas. They typically provide less information then the game does itself. They have provided little to no information to the series that i had already knew, but i guess i will be sparing 10 bucks for this ^.^

    Why wouldn't they? The story of a game is important. It sucks if you ruin it. Plus, the game's development is more important than the manga in my opinion.

    I'm pretty sure mangas give more details. Games are a mixture of story and gameplay so they tend to leave out details while mangas are only stories so they tend to have more details.

    Mainly because with any manga or novel, they come first before a game or a movie so Kingdom Hearts is actually the opposite.

    the mangas i honestly disliked...they didnt give ANY new storyline that i didnt already know...
    well thats my opinion anyway
