Sora met Ansem in the secret place. Then he met him again in Hollow Bastion when he took over Riku's body that Ansem fought Sora also revealing himself after Kairi's heart was when Sora stabbed himself and disappear. After that in that Purple Planet when he saw a duplicate Destiny Islands in that planet Riku's body turned into Ansem and then fought. Up till Ansem turned into a giant monster ship heartless in a black area where the door is.

I haven't played to that part in a long time, but my gut is saying Monstro for some reason.

 

I don't remember if Monstro was in the World Terminus, but considering that Monstro is not a world (Just a big fricken whale), he is not the answer I am looking for.

 

Is it 100 acre woods? I can't imagine that world being in the last level.
