Fi, Midna, or Navi

Yuss ! You deserve rep for that comment !

Anyways, my personal favourite sidekick was Navi. I remember when I first watched my older cousins beat The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time when I was 5 years old; It was absolutely fascinating. Later on, when I had the skills to play the games on my own (well somebody was always watching me) I ended up finding that my fairy companion was annoying, yet I still enjoyed her presence. I would often make fun of some of the comments that she shared with me because they were so obvious that Navi truly didn't need to point it out, but anyways. Honestly, I liked the fairy sidekick the most in Majora's Mask because of the whole brother and sister fairy angle in it (being separated by Skull Kid); However, overall the fairy was the best.

I found that Midna was a little sketchy, mainly due to her character design, but she had her merits as well. She's not my number one though because I enjoy the classical Navi, who I grew up with. The King of Red Lions, the boat with the face in Wind Waker, was an annoying partner, but atleast I could travel the seas with him. As for Fi, most outspoken (in a bad way) sidekick of them all.

And that's my two cents.

 

Psssh, Fi is the best. She's like the good points of Navi and Midna wrapped into one.

Navi does the same exact thing. And Midna just isn't helpful enough (From a gameplay perspective) to do that.

And I don't know any others if they exist or not.

 

I definitely have to vote for Midna simply because the rest of them didn't really have a whole lot of a point. While Fi was always there for you and actually had meaningful stuff to say (most of the time, anyway) she comes in a close second. Navi was basically just.. There. She never really did a whole lot, and I never really felt like she was a part of the journey that Link ventured on.

 

Dunno, I feel like she goes in the category with Navi where she was just kind of.. There to accompany you. I also feel like Midna had a much better scene at the end then the rest of them. Again, Fi being a second however. Where Navi just kind of.. Leaves? What? No talking or anything? Alright then. At least Fi and Midna said goodbye, with Midna's being quite a bit more emotional to me.

 

MIDNA AND LINK ARE MEANT TO BE TOGETHER! Screw Zelda! She just waits to be saved every freakin game. Midna is actually helpful. Navi can get annoying. Fi is not even real. And she's Tabuu's girlfriend. FI AND TABUU FOREVA!!!!!!!!!!!

 

I just pee'd my pants i laughed so hard at the end. And its so true. Navi is a good companion. Her Hey! And Listen! Eventually got annoying but she was a worthwhile companion. And the brother/sister thing in Majora's Mask was nice as well.

Fi.... oh Fi Fi Fi... know what? Im not even going there...

And I loved Midna's attitude. She wasnt just a typical sidekick with next to no development as a character. She was a very personal and helpful sidekick with a personality! She was present in cutscenes and had a real voice and motive. She started out being a self serving little -expletive deleted-, but over time came to care about Link and the world he was in. She actually grew from her experiences with him. And that self sacrificing ending actually brought a tear my eye.

i think there is another one in Spirit Tracks but i didn't play it.

 

King of the Red Lions was my favorite! I hated Navi with her "HEY HEY HEY......LISTEN!!" and she never told me anything good

 

Never did played almost any Legend of Zelda games but I do remember Midna. I have a liking to her the most and I see her more often.
