Here, I'm gonna be posting some interesting facts, trivia and speculation. Now mind you, some of the things are just speculations, they not be 100% true and may just be pure coincidence.

Sora wasn't originally the main protagonist choice do Kingdom Hearts, in fact, for a time they were gonna place Mickey or even Donald as the main protagonist. It was then decided to be an anthro boy who was part boy and part lion, but then was changed into Sora. Infact, Sora retains the spiky "mane" like hair and a necklace with a crown that looks similar to the crown from the anthro, and features many attributes from Mickey, such as his red shorts, his yellow shoes and white gloves.

In the game's coding for Kingdom Hearts II, unfinished models can be found that designed to Woody and Buzz. This is because Square Enix was originally gonna implament Woody and Buzz as summons, this theory is also back up because also in the coding you can find the summoning tabs for Buzz and Woody as well, though they won't work and will not do anything when pressing them.

Only four original characters exist in the first Kingdom Hearts, these include Sora, Riku, Kari and Ansem.

Rikuu from the Final Fantasy series was originally going to be in the first Kingdom Hearts, however, Riku's and Rikuu's names were too similar, so Riku was kept in, however Rikuu returned with two other final fantasy characters in Kingdom Hearts II as fairies.

Vincent Quinn, who voiced Axel and Lea in the Kigdom Hearts series voiced Marcus Damon in the 5th season of Digimon, Data Squad. What's interesting is that young Lea and Marcus are somewhat similar, both have red hair (though Lea has redder hair while Marcus is more brownish), they wore red-orange button up shirts over white t-shirts, and have greenish eyes. Marcus even says "I got it memorized, all right here," as a reference to Axel's iconic quote, "It's Axel, got it memorized?". Infact, Marcus's Agumon's Mega form, Shinegreymon, also has a bit of a "reference". The end of Shinegreymon's tail looks similar to Axel/Lea's weapons, Shinegreymon shoulder's also look similar to the weapons.

Hmm....I think all are factual! XD But I do believe some if not all are wiki.

    It's Rikku by the way!

    Interesting. Thanks for sharing that.
Also, It's Rikku not Rikuu, what Angel said.

Don't forget the random Traverse Town civilians, as well as Kairi's Grandmother.

Did Kairi's Grandmother appeared in KH1?

Yeah. There was a cutscnee somewhere (I think either late or mid-game) where it showed Kairi as a young girl, and her grandmother (I believe) was telling her a story in regards to the Darkness and Light blurbs.

I wouldn't even count the random Traverse Town people as legitimate characters anyways. They really didn't do much of anything.

    More trivia and facts!

The original scenario of Kingdom Hearts involved Sora going to rescue the Princesses of Heart with their respective princes. This concept seems to be carried into Kingdom Hearts by having Aladin and Beast as Party members.

In the cutscenes where Goofy, Donald and Sora all meet (before encountering Guard Armor), Goofy and Donald were supposed to explain Sora's abilities through song. The only time singing and musical numbers were implemented into the series so far is KHII.

Originally, 20 Disney worlds were to be included in Kingdom Hearts, however they whether it down by choosing the worlds that were the most popular in the eyes of Disney fans.

Kairi is a keyblade wielder and a Princess of Heart, but here is what's interesting. Because of being able to wield a keyblade and having no darkness in her, she is the first in a long to be a Keyblade Wielder who had no darkness in her.

Marluxia is member of Organization XIII with long pink hair and just looks FABULOUS! What's interesting (and makes sense), is that Marluxia was supposedely a woman at some point, however, when the director of kingdom hearts got a note from one of the designers who designed Marluxia, wrote "him" by accident, but was kept a man.

Wreck-It-Ralph is a movie staring countless video characters set in a arcade were all the arcade games are connected and set as different worlds. Infact, Sora can be seen as one of the patrons of Tappers in 8-bit view.

Thank you, whatever angel is responsible for making sure this didn't happen. Ugh, I don't even want to imagine the horror.

I didn't notice this at all. I'll have to watch the movie again and see if I can spot him.

Back after a month of no trivia with more trivia!

Did you know, Chicken Little was only implemented into Kingdom Hearts II as a summon to be used for promotion of the Chicken Little movie in Japan?

Early in the planning stages, Yuffie was not in the script. Her role in the story was originally going to be filled by Rikku from Final Fantasy X. However, since there was already a main character named Riku (pronounced the same as 'Rikku'), she was replaced by Yuffie. While we are on the subject of Final Fantasy characters in Kingdom Hearts, the Final Fantasy characters were added instead of creating original characters for minor parts, as well as the fact that Irvine from Final Fantasy VIII had a small role in the original draft of the game's script, but never made it into the final game. Another thing is is that Tifa from Final Fantasy VII was supposed to be an optional boss in this game but had to be taken out due to time constraints. She was later added to Kingdom Hearts II as a more developed character, kind of like Seperoth, an she did make it as a boss in the Hades Paradox cup of KHII.

Ariel was originally meant to be a Princess of Heart, but in order for her to be captured by Maleficent, the story portion of Ursula giving her legs would have had to take place first. It was already too late in production to add this, so the producers chose Alice as a Princess of Heart, which garnered fan outrage, due to not staying true to the Disney Princesses. This makes sense since the original idea for Kingdom Hearts was to team up with the respective princes of each princess to save them, and Ariel's actually story was finally implemented in KHII.
