    Well, more science fantasy. Not sure Devil Fruit is the best idea to go with in terms of 'magic.'

    In terms of a science fiction meets fantasy setting I've always held Outlaw Star in high regard as a model; but I'm certain the odds of everyone else here being familiar with it are slim to none.

    I think the relics could be stuff based off of myths like Pandora's Box or the Hammer of Thor. Shit like that.

    We could be in different groups of course, unless someone WANTED to be alone of course. and as for Relics i usually make up my own but if you guys have some cool suggestions for Relic items Drop a list here and i'll use what i like.

    Here my try at an input. Seeing as though we are chasing relics or something of that sort why not bring some type of showdown into it if two opposing people reach the relic at once? Like Xaolin Showdon. "Gong Ye Tempi!" lol

    If we're all on the same team there wouldn't be much of a need for fighting over finds.

    Were we thinking at all of having different factions or just focus on our characters and their time aboard whatever vessel we'll be using?

    Well after playing uncharted there is very little Honor Among Theives. Even though we may say " yea let's take the same boat to shangrilah together. The moment that holy temple opens up, You better belive my gun barrel will be aimed at your head.

    I started writing btw i shuld have the RP up by this weekend. hopefully sooner.

    well i mean we're treasure hunters, pirates, not the run of the mill people like everyone else, but then again i could twist it to where these relics hold massive power that has lead to the creation and destruction of cities. So maybe we arent so bad.

    Nice to see my treasure hunting idea is taking off ^_^

    If you guys are split between one or multiple factions, I was thinking something like National Treasure. One group pursues treasure for personal gain while another group pursues it for another reason; whether or not that reason is better or worse would be for the people of that group to decide I guess.
