We are going to start the RP and there will be a 5 year time jump toward the beginning. As for how long it takes for the events to take place... Idk what do you guys think?

Here is my 2nd character, plus i also added in an armor photo for my Kable.

    Name
    : Lucius Malignis

    Age: 42

    Race: 2nd generation demigod

    Title: "The Warrior" General Malignis

Description: Lucius Malignis is always described by his soliders as a well-built and muscular man. Having been part of the royal army for most of his life, his body has grown itself to match his level of training over the years. He stands at 7" ft even thanks to his demigod decent. His hair is black and cut short. He has a scar over his right eye, which has partially blinded him.

    Picture:

    Armor:

Personality: Lucius is a no-nonsense general. He runs the royal army with an iron fist and allows for no slacking when it comes to his orders. He is willing to perform any act, no matter how cruel, to ensure the continue rule of Emperor Atticus. He is not above severely punishing his own soliders for disobedience.

Weapon(s): Lucius wields a giant broadsword into battle, which only he can carry due to his strength.

Powers: Being a 2nd generation demigod, Lucius has the power of destruction. With concentration, he can punch through and explode anything he comes into contact with. He can also transfer this ability to his sword when in combat, effectively laying waste to whatever lies in front of him. He only saves this for anyine who he feels is worthy of fighting him.

Abilities: Lucius is a world renowned general who can command the entire army. His rigorous training, combined with his demigod blood, grants him superhuman strength, speed, and dexterity.

Goals: Lucius' primary goal is to ensure the continued rule of Emperor Atticus. While working to achieve this goal, Lucius also searches for the ultimate challenge. He will not rest nor allow himself to be defeated until he finds the one person worthy of killing him.

Bio: When he was a young child, Lucius was brought to a fortune teller by his mother. There, he was told that he would find victory no matter where he went, but there would one day be someone to challenge his strength. That very day, his village was raided by bandits and his mother was tortured in front of him. Lucius' rage unlocked his demigod heritage and with his newfound powers, he slaughtered all the bandits in the city. When his rage subsided, Lucius began to walk across the country side with no sense of direction. He walked for over a day until he came across a garrison, which he collapsed in front of. Feeling pity for the boy in front of them, the garrison took him to the royal city where they allowed him to enlist into the army. From there, Lucius' skill and tactics allowed him to climb the racks of the army fairly quickly. At the age of 28 years, he was said to be the youngest general in the history of the army. When Atticus assumed control of the empire, Lucius decided to continue serving as the life of the army was all he had come to know.

Other: Lucius and Kable will eventually face each other towards the end of the RP, if that is okay.

@Legendseeker accepted but just as a suggestion you may want to look into his powers. Two in this RP already have that power and both are in the royal family. It may be a bit redundant. :)

    Name: Marcus Maximus
    Age: 18 (Pre Time-Skip); 23 (Post Time-Skip)
    Race: 1st Generation Demigod
    Title: The Rising Hero

Description: Even at a young age, Marcus Maximus was young man of massive stature. He grew to a height of six and a half feet by the time he was only thirteen, and has only grown more since. Now, at age eighteen, his stature is on par with any other Demigod, rising to height around seven feet. His sheer size is only complimented by his physical condition. He is built on similar conditioning to any trained soldier, boasting a lean and powerful form that maximizes the balance of all physical conditions. Being a god’s offspring, his appearance is only further enhanced by the seeming perfection of his figure, in which no proportion is out of balance.

Marcus builds upon his general physique with an almost vain upkeep of his groomed appearance. When not engaged in battle, he retains an exceptionally clean appearance. His black hair is kept a low, military style cut as to prevent both an unprofessional visage and to prevent it from becoming a hindrance to exploits in combat. In addition, he rarely allows his facial hair to grow out, frequently shaving while not on campaigns.

Personality: Being the child of both a War God and Warrior Queen has ultimately shaped Marcus’ disposition towards that of a fighter. When he considers his lineage and the natural powers and status that it has imbued upon him, he sees it as nothing less than his duty to follow a path of war. He takes a near-unrivaled pleasure in engaging in combat and is especially excited when such action crosses him against other talented and skilled beings. Engaging in combat against those of equal or greater prowess to himself, whether in single combat or on the field with armies in tow, not only excites him, but also seems to bring out his greatest potential; some have postulated that the greater the adversary, the greater Marcus himself becomes as a result.

HIs love for battle lends itself to something of a ritual for him; a systematic process over which one might say that he obssesses. From the way he dons his armor and takes up his arms to the very essence in which engages in battle, all facets of combat are a practiced culture for him. He is ceremonious in his preparation, and oriented into every detail of his armor and arsenal, which he plans carefully for each and every engagement. It’s been reported that he has the propensity to pray to his father for strength and victory before even partaking in something as relatively harmless as war games and sparring. When on the field of battle he is both valorous and honorable (as much so as is necessitated by war) and will hold himself to a code of ethics. This maintains even in the aftermath of a battle, in which he may often, astoundingly, pay tribute to fallen foes.

For all of this, he is not without his flaws. As a true warrior at heart, he has an overabundance of pride. This extends beyond the mere confidence in his power and skill, moreso encompassing his sense of duty as a man of battle. He holds fast to the belief that it is a warrior’s obligation to meet the challenges imparted upon them, and lives by the ancient slogan of “with your shield, or on it,” reflecting his willingness to die fighting than live on having retreated. The result of this is ultimately the headlong charging into situations that may ultimately be over his head. In his major campaigns on the main continent of Aezureth, an Imperial scribe penned “If not for his divine lineage ensuring his power, this boy’s boldness might have cost him his life from the moment his sword came forth.”

    Weapon(s): WIP
    Powers:

Supernatural Condition; a staple among all Demigods is and has always been a trademark level of conditioning and adeptness that surpasses the natural physical limit of mortal beings. In the most direct lineage of God parent possible for a Demigod, Marcus’ abilities in regards to conditioning are of one of the highest orders; barring magically induced alterations, he is, arguably, second only to the Immortal beings themselves, outsptripping the masses in physical and mental prowess. His absolute limitations have never been fully tested, primarily due to lack of exposure to “real challenges.” However, those that back him hold confidence that his training has only helped his condition.

Life-Force Generation & Manipulation; the power of the warrior, gleaned specifically from his status as a descendant of the God of War. While even human fighters have managed to tap into this power, Demigods, and the Gods and Titans above them, are far more inclined to its use by nature. At that, the inherent presence of a godly life-force within his being makes Marcus’ indeterminately more potent than that of humans and later generations of Demigods. The use of life-force begets access to a well of latent power that Marcus can channel through and from his physical body.

Unlike many other divine beings who divert this power into the manipulation of elements and the casting of other magics, Marcus’ use of his LIfe-Force is engaged in the rawest of forms. Because he is still working towards mastery of its use, it can be volatile and more destructive than he may intend when employed offensively. He has, however, been widely proficient in its defensive use, as it was among his earliest training. Thus he is able to utilize this force to establish protective fields and enhance his already immense durability.

    Abilities:
Combat Expertise; while proving to be something of a natural in picking up combative skills, he has, nonetheless, trained extensively in its various forms and techniques. Though he still has much to learn, he has proven himself a quick study, capable of learning new skills with little to no difficulty. He has proficiency in multiple weapons, as well as in hand-to-hand combat.

Military Prowess; albeit still in his infancy in terms of military leadership, Marcus has proven himself a worthy commander twice in the recent past. He is considerably versed in the strategy of warfare both on land and at sea. He has an acute awareness of battlefield situations and, most times, a strong sense of how to utilize the resources (both living and nonliving) at his disposal to their utmost effect.

Indomitable Courage; the power of the sheer fearlessness of his father is tempered by his mortal blood. Still, Marcus’ courage is nothing to be trifled with. While he may indeed feel the effects fear and its inducement, he possess the necessary fortitude to rise above it when necessary. When faced with flight or fight decision, he will, almost always, choose to fight.

Goals: Though he’s been selected to contend for the Imperial Throne, he doesn’t seem to care much for it. His primary goals seem to be rooted purely in his training efforts, and proving himself to the authorities above him.

    Biography:

    Early Years

Marcus is, effectively, a First Generation Demigod. His father is Mars, widely recognized within the Imperial Borders as the God of War. His mother is Andromache, the current reigning Queen of the Amazon Tribes, who resided upon the island off of Azureth’s southeast coast, and one of the 12 Clans that comprised the Empire’s following. Though his presence among the Amazons saw its share of scrutiny, he was ultimately accepted, if only as a political tool. Regardless of how he was perceived by the Tribe, his life was preserved and his place among the Amazon society secured.

Even as a heralded “prince” among his society, he was not spared the rigors of ritual and tradition. As the child of a War God and one of the most prestigious warrior cultures in the world, his future was laid out since he was accepted into the Amazon society. From the moment his legs could carry him properly, he was trained and molded by his mother and her subjects in all aspects of warfare. From single-combat to army tactics, from hand-to-hand combat to archery, he was conditioned for battle. The disposition of his heritage made him all the more tolerable to the trials of his people, and his Demigod prowess was supplemented immensely by the additional trials.

First Blood - Campaign in the South

By the age of sixteen, Marcus was since lauded among his once skeptical Tribes as a prodigious warrior. It was at this time that he was gift his first weapons and armaments: A sword and shield of Imperial style crafting, which had long become the standard of the Amazon warriors as well.

As it stood, there was a fierce alliance binding the Amazons to the regime of Emperor Newgate. When called upon, they were quick to offer assistance to the Imperial armed forces, and were rewarded handsomely for their contributions. With the Empire in a running state of war, and the situation only growing more acute, it was short matter of time before Marcus finally saw a real battle. Joining an Amazon contingent, he engaged in a battle against a barbarian rebellion in the southeast corner of the Empire. In a six month campaign that would be penned as the “Terresalibres Ward,” Marcus rose to quick success, reportedly slaying several hundreds of rebels and, in one battle, routing an entire battalion with minimal aid.

Defense of Alvish - Selection for Succession

The Terresalires Ward ended in victory for the Aezureth forces. As always, the Amazon contribution to the effort was not dismissed. Among the praised was the young Marcus Maximus, whose feats had been regarded as quite spectacular for one so young.

Recognized for their valor and skill, the Amazon forces from the Ward were immediately summoned by an Imperial general to the aid of another troubled location. The coastal city of Alvish, exposed and isolated along the southern edge of the Empire, and left with minimal defenses, was at a waning standstill against a foreign power. Riding the wave of their recent success, the Amazons deployed, ready to take on this next task. However, this time, they made an allowance for Marcus to command the campaign.

It took a mere evening for Marcus to decide upon his tactic. Determining the importance of naval engagement in a coastal battlefield, he ordered the bulk of his own warriors to set sail to engage the enemies at sea. Meanwhile, he personally lead a smaller collective, integrated into the Imperial units being dispatched to the area. With attention given to the coordination of timing, Marcus effectively deployed the forces at his disposal.

The timing worked almost perfectly; his naval detachment arrived nearly simultaneously with the soldiers moving by land. With the enemies navy engaged by the Amazon ships, the units on land were able to lead a swift campaign against the threat already on land. Albeit worse for the wear, the port at Alvish was successfully rid of the foreign invasion, due in part to the effective planning of young Marcus.

Though it was a small victory in the long run, Marcus’ tact for warfare impressed the Imperial officers. When it was revealed that he was also of the lineage of the God of War himself, his status within the military was cemented. It was there, in the aftermath of the Defense of Alvish, that it was proposed for Marcus to claim a right to the Throne. As a descendant of the God of War, he was viewed by those that witnessed his rising brilliance as the perfect person to inherit the Empire in a time of such dire war.

Age the age of seventeen, he was officially selected to compete for the title of Emperor, and sent to Sax to receive the last training he would need to compete for the honor.

What about your original name? I was actually thinking on it earlier today.

Anyways, here's my second character. I have a third character in mind, but they're gonna be rather minor. Honestly I'm not sure if I should bother making a profile until the RP actually starts. Oh, and I may or may not edit Gerik's profile some.

    Name: Voltair

Age: Unknown (Appears to be in the mid 20's)

    Race: Assumed Demigod

    Title: Titan of the Arena

Description:Voltair stands at an even 6' and he has well defined muscles but his body is fairly lean. His body doesn't really seem to have the usual physical differences associated with demigods. He's not much taller than the average person and he certainly isn't a hulking mass of muscle. His eyes aren't a unique color either.

    Picture: [IMG]

Personality: He acts playful with people, messing with people with an odd sense of humor that may be funny to only himself. He also uses this as a mask to make it harder for people to understand what he's thinking. As such, nobody can tell if he's serious with things or if he's simply going through the motions when interacting with other people.

Weapon(s): He has no personal weapons that he carries with him. When he was a gladiator he would use whatever weapons were available in the arena. Outside of the arena any weapons used by Voltair would materialize under a shroud of shadow and darkness.

Powers: Voltair's powers don't match with any specific god. Some powers don't match with any god at all.
    His powers include:
Bursts of darkness. These bursts can also have secondary characteristics, such as being imbued with the elements.
Shadow intangibility. Voltair's body momentarily turns into shadows, looking akin to the night sky. Regular weapons pass right through him.
Shadow dive. Voltair is able to physically meld with the shadows as if they were pools of water. He is able to enter one shadow and exit out another with this power.
Shadow illusions. Voltair is able to create illusions. One of his lesser used powers.
Familiar summon. To a spectator, Voltair is able to summon forth familiars that appear to be shadowy versions of actual creatures. This may not be what is actually happening.
Gravity manipulation. Voltair is able to increase the force of gravity in the immediate vicinity of body (i.e. a few inches away from his body) and can change how heavy an object is in his hands.
Energy absorption. Voltair is able to collect his own attacks or the attacks of others into the palm of his hand and then absorb those attacks, giving him a temporary boost and potentially physically changing his body.
Telepathy. Voltair is able to read people's minds and project his own voice into people's minds.
Mind dive. Voltair is able to send his consciousness into another person, allowing him to interact with the deepest thoughts of a person.

Due to certain unknown circumstances, these powers are not as powerful as they could be. That being said, they are more than strong enough for him to keep up with or potentially even exceed demigods.

Abilities: It is unknown just how much physically stronger and faster he is than regular people. There are demigods who exceed him in this respect. Aside from that, Voltair fights with with a sort of minimalist approach. He keeps his powers hidden as much as possible in order to always give him an additional advantage that his opponent is unaware of. That way, even if he fights somebody more than once, his opponents can never be sure if he's done everything he can in a fight.

Goals: There is something he is looking for. He has absolutely no idea what it is that he's looking for. All he knows is that his life feels empty without it, whatever it is.

Bio: His past is unknown to him. One day he woke up on the coast of Le Melr, just south of Iscariot, the gentle waves of the lake pushing the water halfway up his back. Sitting up, he examined his body, confused as to who he was. He could speak perfectly and he even knew his own name. Everything else, such as why he was sleeping on the shores of Le Melr, was gone from his mind. Feeling a necklace hanging from his neck, Voltair took it off to look at it. Feeling a sense of value from the object, Voltair opted to keep it hidden instead of wearing it and letting it be visible to other people.

Heading north to Iscariot, Voltair was ambushed by bandits when he ventured a little too deep into the forest. As soon as the first bandit charged Voltair's body moved instinctively, as though he was a fighter his entire life. He killed the first bandit in a single blow, not realizing how much stronger he was physically than normal people. This did not stop the bandits and instead they all rushed in. The longer the fight lasted, the more Voltair understood the powers he had at his disposal. Once the bandits realized Voltair was not a regular human, they started to flee in terror. Some even called out the names of various gods, begging for protection. Hearing the names of these gods caused Voltair to unexpectedly lash out at the bandits in anger. There were no survivors.

Upon reaching Iscariot Voltair quickly realized just how bad it was to have nothing to his name. Desperately needing money, he took the sarcastic advice given to him by a stranger. Voltair made his way to the arena and gambled his own life for money. Fighting against several gladiators that day, Voltair quickly defeated all of them without any of them landing a single blow on him. He immediately became a favorite in the arena. He remained in Iscariot for a while, increasing his prestige as a gladiator. He quickly became the top gladiator in all of Iscariot, known for never being harmed. Because of his flawless victories, Voltair's fans began to call him the "Titan of the Arena" and he was known throughout all of Iscariot. As such, he eventually got to a point where no gladiator would face him because they knew they couldn't even harm him.

This refusal to fight him was one of several factors that caused Voltair to eventually leave Iscariot. Due to never being touched in his matches, accusations of cheating occasionally circulated throughout Iscariot. There were others who believed Voltair was a demigod and tried to convince him to compete for the title of Emperor. Strangely enough to Voltair, the theory that he was a demigod arose simply due to his victories at the arena. He had never once used his powers in the arena and the only people who had ever seen them were the bandits that ambushed him. Aside from his victories, the other reason why people believed Voltair to be a demigod was that he had an odd habit of speaking negatively about the gods whenever someone mentioned them to him. Because of this habit, people believe he is descended from a god and doesn't like being a demigod for some reason.

With no one to fight in the arena, people believing him to be a demigod, and the ever growing feeling of emptiness in his life, Voltair left Iscariot. He traveled northwest for Mira. Found within Mira was the largest arena in all of Aezureth. So, doing what he had done best for some time, Voltair became a gladiator in Mira's arena. It was here that his fame as the Titan of the Arena continued and he quickly became known throughout all of Aezureth. Even in Mira he was still untouchable, and the crowds loved him for it.

News of Voltair eventually reached the ears of Emperor Atticus. A party of soldiers were sent to find Voltair and bring him to Atticus. They found him and tried to convince him to travel to Sax and meet the Emperor. Knowing that this group of soldiers were trying to deceive him, Voltair simply killed them all and continued on with his life. Unfortunately another group of soldiers would appear after some time. Sometimes Voltair would kill them, sometimes he would simply hide until they returned to Sax.

Using these nonstop groups of soldiers as an excuse, Voltair quit his gladiator life and decided to travel throughout Aezureth. The empty feeling he had felt before was returning anyways, so now was as good a time as ever. While he was in Mira Voltair never did find whatever was it was that he was missing. The time in the arena helped him ignore that feeling, but sometimes he felt more empty than usual. He decided he would travel everywhere in Aezureth and not stop until he found whatever it was that he felt empty without.

Other: He has a strange dislike for the gods that he himself can't even explain.
