    I miss all of us designing like we used to and competing against each other. So, this thread is created for us to design an avatar, signature, wallpaper, a model, anything in relation to design in terms of art and to even talk about different designs currently out there. I will put up an image soon.

    Been playing around with the same render and resources as before to see if I could improve the last one I made at all. This is what I came up with. Might as well post it to support this thread.

    Kitty gave me some feedback with the last one that I took into consideration with this. Seems I am constantly at war with blending images vs translucency. Plus I'm just now noticing an obnoxious flare right next to the hand on the bottom right. Lastly the saturation is a little much. However I do like this one better than my first try with these resources. So overall I'm happy with it. It's not perfect but it's progress

    You've improved so much since when you started out. I agree with Angel. Your text could use some work.
    I don't know what it is, there is just something about the sig that is not as clear looking as the avi.
    I really like the colors you used though.

    I also agree with Angel. The signature also has a problem with blending- the render and background don't feel like they are a part of the same piece- which is not as evident in the avatar. The avatar's effects also just look better, the colors are brighter, and the render placement is more pleasing to the eye. The avatar is not perfect- still some blending issues, for one, but I like it much more than the signature.

    Keep at it! :)

    I agree about the text. My eyes see things completely different when I do things in Photoshop (The photoshop background is dark, so it made the text looks good to me but once I threw it up here... yea...). Why I should've stayed with my first thought of just having the text to pure white.

    EDIT: To the mods who can see the removed Sig. I have to fix an error I just noticed in the text.
    EDIT: Fixed the text error. Might still have been better off without it though.
