A person can wield a keyblade if they have a strong heart.
Maybe Xion has half of a strong heart, making her able
to wield the KK.

 

or it could be that,seeing as kairi has a pure heart untainted by darkness cause she is one of the princesses and can wield a keyblade in KH2,it would be possible for xion to also be able to wiel it.this could also mean she is a heartless magnet.xion lures in many heartless,the roxas uses keyblades to kill them and then their hearts go to Xemnas's Kingdom Hearts

has something to do with a Nobody.

xion herself doesnt matter,its just that if she holds half of kairi's heart,there is no way that she can taint it.plus it would affect her,which might be why she trys to run away from the orginization

that too.the pure part makes her know that what they are doing is wrong,so she trys to escape to atleast slow their plans.something probably happens to her that kills her or makes her rejoin kairi if she is her nobody.

 

I was thinking that Xion would go back inside of Sora.
Maybe that is a reason why he awoken in KH2.

 

no,the reason he awoke was cause roxas rejoined with him.roxas is sora's nobody

 

Which means that Xion may have went inside of Sora before Roxas.
That is why she never in KH2. IDK

Although I'm new and it's uncouth of me to post anywhere before introductions, I just thought I'd jump in seeing as this topic was one of many that influenced me to join...

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but in KH1, didn't Leon and Yuffie say that what attracts a Heartless is the darkness in one's heart? And if Kairi has a pure heart, lacking of any darkness, how could Xion (assuming she has half of Kairi's heart) be any more of a target?

Because it's generally believed that Kairi lost her heart to the Heartless before retreating to Sora's body, but we didn't see this happen. It may have been that her body was unstable and could not contain the heart, or she knew that she had to seek refuge...Because Roxas and Namine were not created by a Heartless taking Sora's heart. So, that being said, is a Heartless really necessary at all for making a Nobody?

And perhaps that's the mystery behind what makes a Nobody a special Nobody. Maybe special Nobodies, who can feel, are Nobodies created without the aid of a Heartless. Then Xion could definately be Kairi's Nobody from when Kairi's heart left her body the first time (however that happened).
