Ariana's jaw dropped when she saw Will couldn't move. "What do I do?" She muttered. She wanted to get him out of here but it seemed like the other people needed help.

 

Stepping out of the alley way, Calvik dusted off his shoulders and smiled. He still wasn't happy, but he was certainly calmer than he had been.
"This is wasting my time, I should be able to feel out the books aura, so maybe I should just follow after it that way." His right hand came up to his chin and he placed a finger on his right cheek. His head tilted to one side a little as he thought. If he wanted his book back he'd have to start out now, but he couldn't stay in the spot he was for very long. The two corpse back in the alley would make the guards alert and on the look for him. With that thought in mind he continued to follow the pull of Fate -as he decided he'd call it- and kept to a steady pace as he was being pulled. If he just rushed towards the book he might run into something very unpleasant. Whoever took his book must have known what it was, otherwise why steal it? The sound of his shoes clunking against the stone roads occupied his hearing as he tried to think of a plan.
