The A.O.D. Troubles in the Middle East

Rasha rounded the corner with Zerieth. They there saw Arthas.
"Zerieth! We've cleared them out. But they have a strong presence at the gate. If we can take back the entrance then the others outside will fall back. I heard their plan."-Arthas
"This is good. Lets devise a plan on how to take the gate back. How many me are there?"-Rasha
"About 20"-Arthas

 

Jeremiah ran past Zer and company with his wheelbarrow and started loading bodies for his new circuit. "Just cleaning up....." he said non-chalantly as he continued to load and left in a hurry to unload the bodies into his room. Well this is actually entertaining and who knows how much energy I can obtain from this payload.

 

Rasha was displeased.
"They vill fall back aftah ve take da gate. If ve kill deir leadah, they vill surely won't revenge on us, and deh vill not fall back, but charge vith full force. Let us just take the gate.......Zerieth correct?"-Rasha

 

Will's gun continued to make explosions in the crowd but now they had spotted him. His explosions could be heard inside, as could the bullets being fired at him. Yet most of them missed, a few scraping his arm once in a while but none truly hit him as he continued to decimate the large crowd.

 

Will saw the tank pull up as he put in a new mag of standard sniper rounds. He then remembered a missle attatchment for his sniper, allowing a normal bullet to push a missle at immense speeds. Will grinned, sliding the missle down the barrel. He aimed right at the tank's main gun, tapping the trigger and sending the missle into the tank's armor. It left a large hole but it didn't stop it.

 

Alastor pushed open the cover that hid a secrete passage way. When the cover was removed he popped his head up to see where he was, and to his surprise he was outside and not too far from Will. Without hesitating he pulled himself out and walked over to Will and laid his body down next to his comrade waiting for him to speak. Rodoni was safe back in his little secrete room. The little bugger actually had tunnels leading all around the base, and even into peoples rooms. The kid was luck that the vent leading into Alastor's room wasn't the same one that held his knives, other wise there would have been some punishment for him.

 

Will continued to shoot, not noticing his partner next to him as the bullets continued to fly at him. He killed about half the crowd when finally a bullet hit him dead in the chest, causing him to drop to his knees, gun still going off at the crowd. He wouldn't give up but the shroud of death seemed so comforting and warm right now. But there was still Oric to be helped.

 

Grunting Alastor stood up and wrapped his arms around Will, securing him as he force his companion onto Alastor's shoulder. If the man wanted to keep shooting he could do it while he was carried.

 

Will's finger continued to press the trigger as the bolt of the M4A1 Carbine clicked uselessly. The gun started to slip from his grasp as he was carried away, vision starting to blacken around the edges. He continued to allow the gun to fire emtily as he dropped it, shoulders starting to sag, memories flashing into his head. The first memory was of two years ago when his father dropped him off at a military boot camp and Zerieth spotting his skills instantly.

 

Will saw Zerieth fall and pushed Alastor off as his adrenaline kicked in. He ran to the edge of the building where his uns were laying but he didn't touch them. He drew the two combat knives he carried and jumped from the base into the crowd. He then turned, slicing and stabbing every person he could reach. He was watching the only thing close to a family that he had fall and he would not stand for it. He would fight until he killed every one of these intruders. He continued to kill until his chest started to hurt and his movements started to slow.

 

Alastor reached the passage way and laid Will down on the ground gently. When the man was still Alastor took out one of his knives, "Alrighty.. Time to see if my skills with field wounds are still up-to-date. This may hurt -- No it's defenitly going to hurt." He corrected himself when he saw exactly where the bullet had entered, "Huh.. I don't know if the bullets in that spot still." With his free hand Alastor took his gloved index finger and moved it into the bullet wound on Will's chest.

 

Will grunted when Alastor did that. He layed on the floor, eying the dozens of bodies that were now lying there because of his rampage. Why does war have to always end like this? He thought this every time he killed someone. He hated war but this was to protect his friends and what he now considered as his family so he would continue to do it.

 

Will grunted and laughed a little. "I'll be fine Zerieth, just get everyone else patched up and clean the place." He said, the lie he just told written across his face. He had taken a bullet straight to the chest, leaving little survival rate. Plus he had not worn any body armor, just his hoodie into the battle.

 

"The bullets deep, and he's probably going to die." Alastor broke in with a matter-of-fact voice. He didn't like people who bull shit things like their condition. He never really saw the point in lying about your condition, " It looks like the bullet richochet into his chest somewhere and I can't get it out." Alastor removed his finger from Will's wound.
