Arrancar are not really "half-hollow" they are hollows who have removed their masks and have obtained shinigami-like abilities.

Zerieth, quick correction. It's Bankai, not Bandkai. Also, yes squad eleven is combat specialists. Kinda wishing Zaraki lived because it would be awesome to have him burst in "What in the hell? Who's releasing their zanpakuto? I'll gut them after I deal with these pests..."

Shikai:Reson's weapon is constantly in this form (if that's ok) (will be the first picture) while in this form every fifth slash an electric shockwave is sent out...in this form Reson's zanpaku-to is also much lighter than normal making him faster when moving and attacking

the sword in the above picture is his shikai...couldn't find another picture of it

Bankai:when in this form his weapon becomes even lighter making movements even faster and now his zanpaku-to will send out a shockwave every time he wills it to (tasks his system a little with each wave...not much but a little)
