Another Kingdom Hearts Story: A Young Kingdom

Carol walked the castle ground. He saw Trent.

"Ahh Trent, have the new comers arrived yet?" Carol asked the head knight. He rested his hand on his sword handle. He looked at the lower level barraks.

"I have word from the king and queen a knight who is going to becocme a royal guard, my apprentice actually.Have you met a newcomer named Garland?" Carol asked.




"Well you heading back to the village Sigurd? Could you deliver a message we may not be back quite as planned." Kate told Sigurd.

 

Carol didn't respond to Trent. HE just headed towards the lower barraks. He opened the door.

"Attention Warriors." Carol annouced as he saw some men quickly gather in a line. HE was a very strict person. The knights who didn't get in line he booted them out. He quickly say Garland.

"Awww, Garland, you are an official knight by orders of the king and queen, you are a special knight who has arrived. Please follow me to the highest barraks possible, on top of being a royal knight you are my apprentice." Carol annouced. He headed out of the barraks. HE headed up the hill to a private house, it was a small mansion. It housed only one knight though, Carol. He opened the door and waited for Garland and made sure no one were around.

 

"Why, wouldn't I be, requesting a house from the other elit knights. Come this way." Carol waved. HE walked into a huge room. He closed teh door and locked it behind him. He wakled over to the fireplace and moved his hand making the fire turn yellow. He reached in teh fire not getting hurt he grabbed a knob and turned it as a back door behind the fire open. He ducked down in revealing what looked like a giant libary. He walked to a rather thick plain book. It was titled Elliot Smartouse, a famous wizard in the young kingdom. He put his hand in the space and pushed on the back and slid it open. There was a little cardbord box upside down. He lifted it up and pushed the button. He put the box back down and closed the cover and put the book back. He walked over to another book case in the far corner covered in books. He pushed down a tile and a looked to be dusty book case moved revealing stairs cases. He walked back to teh stairs cases and signaled to Garland to follow him.

"As you can tell I have this heavely guarded." Carol told him.

 

Carol shook his head.

"So far your the main person, however there is a secret organization (I'll be controling when the time comes) that I have gathered up. So far you and I are the main ones, but the minute Azazel goes and merges with Polaris's heart then we'll have the ultimate warrior capable of killing Kingdom Hearts himself." Carol said.

He came to a dark cold room. HE moved his hand as a long hall appeared and torchs lit up with green fire.

"You'll need to watch your step, only walk on the dark stones on the ground, stepp on a light one and..." Carol said pushing at a lighter stone and it fell down as it kept falling. The stones were rather large, 3x3 in average. The dark ones were spread out but could easily be walked to by making a bog step or jumping. Carol headed accross the walkway stepping only on the dark stones. The hallway spread along time till they reached a large door. Carol reached into his pocket and pulled out a small round red orb. There was a groove in teh door. HE placed it in and a red light emitted from it opening up.

 

The door opened and her sepped in. The room was bare, bookshelves with books of Darkness on them. In the croner hanging on the wall was Magnificent's robe. Also pinned up was all of the Organization XIII robes.

"As you can tell I'm a bit of a collector." Carol stated. He walked to the middle of the room where a table stood. He moved his hand over it and an image of Sera and Polaris training showed up.

"The boy there, he's the one master will be requiring." Carol stated. He moved his hand again. It showed the king and queen.

"Our probelm is those two, you would think that Seraphina, Polaris's trainer would be, but they're the king and queen of this kingdom, they have the lightest hearts here and are the only threat." Carol told Garland.

"So until Polaris's is aquired, we must remain close and loyal to the king and queen, the minute Polaris's is acquired we can strike." Carol told him.

 

"The teacher of Polaris's, she's immortal, no matter how hard we die she won't die, there's a reason why she won't, but it is unknown." Carol told him. "We could stab her a million times and she'd be unaffected so we need to at least get her kept out of this world. Being able to do that is a very hard task, but to be assure, it can and will be done." Carol told Garland.

 

Carol shook his head.

"None so far." Carol told him.



The knight nodded at Sigurd. He turned to the other knight.

"They're going to be gone for a while." The knight told the other knight.





Kate ran over to a bush. She pulled ona rope laying in teh sand and started to pull out a row boat. She stopped a few times to take a breath but conntinued pulling it into the water.

"There's an island a little off shore from here, no one really goes to it, but the island is what's inportant, around the back there's a water cove at this time of year isn't filled with water and the sun hits it just right where light wil reflect off the water and light up the cave. It's real beautiful." Kate told Tom.

 

"Well how's your light magic coming? Let's see what you can do with that." Sera told Polaris.



Kate nodded. She rowed as well. Within 20 minutes they reached the island and rowed to the back. She looked up at the ceiling. She was quite hearing water droplets dripping from the ceiling, waves hitting the sandy rocky shore in teh cove. She rowed to the beach and got out. She sat in the sand and looked up on the ceiling at the water reflection swirling around. That and a little bit of light from the entrance was the only light in the cave.
