Well, since I'm sure the other 2 threads I have made are lesser known bands to this site, I figured I'd post a more mainstream favorite band that I like, Red hot Chili Peppers.

Let's face it, Anthony Kiedis is an amazing musician. And according to Red Hot Chili Peppers - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
So I must not be the only RHCP fan here. I have followed them since I was little, back when I was 7 and listening to Californication with my cousins. And if you know about Kiedis's life story and his quitting heroin and cocaine after the untimely death via heroin overdose of his former bandmate, Hillel Slovak (tributed in the song 'Knock Me Down') back in the late 1980's.

In case you are somehow unaware of RHCP, here are a few favorites of mine:

Flea's one of my all-time favorite bassists. I love his work with the Peppers.

I like the first half of Stadium Arcadium and all of Blood Sugar Sex Magick.

Blood Sugar Sex Magick is my favorite and Stadium Arcadium is pretty damn good too. Never really listened to much of them though.

My favorite album is without a doubt Californication. By The Way is up there as well, but anything since 1989 has been pretty solid from RHCP. I've found them to be rather consistent.
