A Revelation About Ven!!!!!!!

Sorry this may not be my battle, but you are not correct in your statment, Sora does not use/rely on darkness, "you know,maybe the darkness has gotten to me too." true he says that, but thats because darkness lingers in every heart, unless you have a pure heart, and none of those exist in sora's time unless they lay with a Princess of Heart. Anti-form, basically has nothing to do with the story, nomura has said this, but if you had to tie it in with the story then "yes it would be because Sora got turned into a heartless", but Anti-Form is basically their to challenge the player, not to signify that Sora uses the power of darkness.

well for me.. family ties are so old, they might be firends, or he used to wacth sora when he was a boy and sora was a baby. that's why roaxas has vens face, casue in soras heart he knew what ven looked like and so the nobody took that face. maybe that happened.

 

That is an intresting thought, to expand on it, Sora might have hung around Ven alot and then when Ven was "Erased"(if thats really what happens) then sora's memory of him moved into his subconcious and that's why roxas looks like him. Never would have thought of that.

I wouldn't say family ties are old, its not like its a trend. Its just SE doesn't deal with them in main plots. Now your theory is clever, something new as well. Though i doubt it is the reason, how would something that didn't exist at the time take vens face? Nobodies weren't around when sora was a little boy so i don't think that is possible.

Well that sounds reasonable, but still i doubt ven hung with sora. I would say that some how Sora was faiding,deing, something along those lines, and Ven helped Sora by giving him apart of himself or something.

 

Well its just an idea but Roxas could have had vens face because of sora's memories of Ven. But Your idea is very good as well.

 

i like them both, i was just saying that how can ven give him self up, how does a 7 year old boy start fading away? and if he gave himself up, then why, if he didn't know him? so wouldn't it be resabole if ven had saw sora before, and when sora was a little baby or something, then he would remember him, his heart would, and even thoguth someone fades away, they still remember them in there heart, remember namine? she faded, but sora in his heart remembered her. but nonbies were staring to come alive thought, just like heartless were, we know this casue unbirths were going away, so maybe becasue sora nobody was going to have to have a human form that nobody had to have a face, a face that didn't look like sora or anybody he knows, so he picked ven, and also, we you say SE dosn't have faliy ties, maybe becsue it's to easy to to figure out, so they have to have soemthing they would never know. AND i wouldn't say ven hung out with sora, but just was with him a little bit, maybe to help his mom out or just to act like a big brother before he became firends with riku, or before he left. PLUS, how can somebody go into another person, i know anseum did, but that was from riku useing the darkness, so i dont belive anybody else can do that, and becasue there where no nobodys ven couldn't go into sora like roaxs did, unless unbriths have the same attributes as nobodys, but i think not,(maybe). AND LAST! the giving the part of himself up, or half of him up, if he just has half a soul, can he live? if he gave up half of his heart, how could he still live? he would go into darkness?(once again maybe). so that's what i got to say, how is it?

 

anit form is his only dark power, unless oblivion is dark too, then anit form is his only dark power, but he cant control it, and nobody seems to know.

Yea, and i said anti form is darkness, but it has nothing to do with the story line. It is just there to challenge a player. So You can't throw it into the storyline at all, but if you HAD to then it would be because Sora stabbed his self with Riku's Heart Unlocker keyblade. Though the form its self has nothing to do with the story. So we can't apply it to what Sora's power has. There is no doubt that anti-form is Darkness, but Sora is light, not dark. Also Sora weilds a keyblade from the light realm, not one from the dark realm (thats my favorite chap Riku's card =)))) )
Ontop of that the drive form maybe darkness, but it is just a side affect from using to much power from the drive form.
You were correct and i can say we can all agree that Anti-Form is darkness, but Sora has no type of control over it, Its random. Also he is still just light, with a Shady side of random darkness (;

Story-wise, yes. Drives are very strong so anti-form exists as a side-effect of using too much power. System-wise, I wanted to create something strong but troublesome.

 

no no no. anti form comes when you use your drives and it fulls p your invisalbe drive. And stroy wise that's where anti form comes from, turning into a heartless and having some side affects, but the drives just brougth it out. but this is about ven people, there is a thread about soras anti form called dark sora if you want to no more.
