    He was ordered to do it. And Larxene is the 12th member, not Vexen.

    ??? First off, Vexen is #4. Second, the reason why Axel killed Vexen is because of Saix's orders. Saix wanted to get rid of Vexen, Lexaus, & Zexion so he can go higher up & get a better rank. You can see this in Kingdom Hearts, 358/2 days.
