Did anyone else feel that KHII ruined the image of the Heartless?

Let me rephrase myself better. I don't give a care what type of darkness being they are. I I care about the events that happened up to Sora,Kairi and Riku with the bottle but who they are is what I don't care. Besides, pure heartless comes from the darkness in people's hearts so it's more like darkness is eternal unless everyone is full of light, which will be impossible unless you destroy the source like Aqua and Ventus did when they destroy Vanitus to end the cycle of the Unverse. Artificial, well, just make this heartless through this and then have the heartless capture this person's heart to get stronger and evolve, shampoo, rinse and repeat. I care about the events but I don't care about what kind of heartless they are. Destroy the source and there will be no more heartless (impossible) and no more nobodies.

I never really found the heartless scary at all. Okay, the Invisible was kind of freaky, but for me they were just annoying because they were some of the hardest to kill. The Nobodies, yeah, I think they were supposed to be the freaky ones in KHII. And the Tron heartless...well, they were cool. Heck, that entire world was cool. If any heartless was scary, it was the Neoshadows.

I haven't played KH1 in a while (I lost my copy of the game after I lent it to a friend DX) but with Heartless like the Large Bodies, I'd say they were goofy too.

 

I personaly dont think that KH1 ruined the Heartlesse's image. They were supposed to be frightning thats the point! They are the evil ones, the bad guys. If they wern't frightening then what the heck would they look like. Would they have rainbow colored skin!!

Hum! I don't think so. I think it make KD Hearts increasingly closer the Glory. But I think the Kingdom Hearts: Chain of memory, it really make ruined the image of the Heartless.
