Favorite Type of Music

I put rock, though I would like to specify classic rock. I'm a fan of older music in general, mostly within that genre. However I do have an eclectic taste that runs into many other styles as well.

 

rap/hip-hop all the way but mostly the old school and indie stuff. same thoughts about country as Toph... if i hear "this is my country.." on tv one more time...

 

I listen to rock mainly, but I do listen to many different types and rock isn't my favorite so I selected other.

 

I actually don't mind country depending on the song. I'm very selective about the songs I listen to. The vast majority of it I don't like, but I don't like the vast majority of rap either, and I listen to a little of that too. I hate the really depressing stuff or the ones that overplay the "country boy" thing. Case in point, "Whiskey Lullaby" for the depressing ones and "She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy" for the overly hick songs. I especially hate that last one. Worst idea for a song ever.

Mostly, if I'm listening to country I like Alabama or the outlaw artists (Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings, etc.). You gotta respect a guy who's sung a duet with so many people.

i like any good songs i guess mostly music from the 80's-90's and bands like inxs, nirvana, linkin park etc

 

I'll listen to just about anything... except country.

 

Rock by far. Some metal here or there, but mostly rock.

ATM however I'm a little obsessed with Dragonforce and Disturbed. More metal than rock I think. lol

Okay, I'm new, but I believe that R&B is the greatest Genre of all time. For many reasons. They never speak so vulgar of the other sex that I want to cringe my teeth and puke. They also never speak so bluntly about drug use that I feel like an Addict.

Don't get me wrong, I love rock, and also rap, but R&B is from the heart all the time. I can give you so many people and groups that sing form the heart I'll seem like a fiend in this aspect.

70's and 80's rock by far.

I love everything up there expect for Rap... It's annoying! I just started loving country music, thanks to Taylor Swift... She showed me that country music rocks!

I just like to listen whatever my ears hear.

 

Once again, techno is ignored as the biggest minor music genre in the world.

I love j-rock and j-pop. They're my favs.

 

i like listening to R&B too but i also like Linkin Park, i luvd them in the past very much. i like lots of types of music too except rap cuz i dont get it @.@ and i like techno cuz of daft punk! ^.^

i like if the song has cutey lyrics though ^-^ it makes me like it better ^.^
