The Streets of Elysium

Nah, it's not gonna start up until winter or someone being that I'll probably abandon it or something, but here's an idea I just wanna get through.
So I write the dialogue, plot, and illustrate for this popular comic-series at my school and I've been writing it ever since middle school. Since the sixth, and probably LAST series is coming to a close, I'd like to pay a homage to my legacy by creating the first online roleplay based off of it.

The comic centers around a male protagonist, Mitch Slater, and his experience as a Juggernaut in the post-apocalyptic future of 2021, one of the fine few chosen by the American military's "Nightwatch" group to serve as guardians of the streets and protect the innocent civilians from infected inhabitants known as "Scavengers" of the Brink. The Brink is an imaginary margin that separates the country of Elysium (a unionized republic made up of what's left of Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine). There are also other provinces such as Valhalla (California, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona), and Europia (North/South American states such as New Mexico, Mexico, Texas, Colombia, and Venezuela claimed and settled in by European countries such as Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Italy, Germany, France, Hungary, and Czechoslovakia).

Other states of the United States slowly deteriorated into smolder and ruin and became Scavenger hot zones, and this is the world we live in today where even Scavengers roam other whole continents as well. How did this start? That's what I ain't gonna tell you yet.

I'll post pics from the comic and stuff, but it makes a good roleplay idea, doesn't it?
So yeah, that's really all. I'm starting ANYTHING. I PROMISE YOU. But tell me what you think.

 

I would have certain roles be exclusive for members joining as soon as I post the thread like Commander-2, Warrant Officer, Sergeant, and everyone else would be a private. The Juggernauts are really rad.
Plus, every Juggernaut has a callsign, like the main character in my comic's callsign is Goliath, there's also Hulk, Brawn, Cronos, and stuff like that.

 

Well, I didn't quite state that people lived in the hot zones, whoever still managed stay in their home state (such as Florida) during the calamity would most likely died do to the infected Scavengers (which are like zombies... same kinda idea). But yeah, if you're still ALIVE, you either live in Elysium, Valhalla, or Europia (or the eastern hemisphere of the world).

But as for occupations; civilians still run natural lives, just unable to leave their "country" (such as Elysium), and the Juggernauts are always posted around the city borders which separates each individual city from the Brink.
