Supposedly, we will be receiving even more students for boarding. But that's just a thought that my parents are currently toying with. It would involve me and my brother moving down to the basement and sharing a room, which neither of us mind (FINALLY WE GET THE ROOM WITH THE BIGGEST TELEVISION AND ALL THE GAME CONSOLES) since it would save them a lot of money. We wouldn't need to have separate rooms built and just a bathroom down there along with a wardrobe or closet thrown into the corner. Our rooms would then be used by the new students. We don't have much space, but we make-do.

Beautiful disaster. Actually, that's a great way to describe it.

Grazing my knees against the green grass is solely for the spring and summertime. Even the early spring season is sometimes cold. Right now, the only thing I'm grazing my knees against is snow. xD

 

Haha, that sounds brilliant. I remember when I used to house exchange students with the family. I would sleep in the "spare room" which was a small room with a book case and a mattress on the floor. Not as lucky as you, but it did the job XD

Is it possible to graze knees in the snow? I always assumed it was some soft slushy cloud like substance =P

 

Our "spare room" is currently being used by my cousin. It used to be the study with a single computer in it, but we had to give up the dining room and turn it into the new study. Then my grandmother came to live with us and we had to move everything all over again. Right now, her room is the dining room on the first floor so that there's no need for her to climb stairs.

It really depends on the kind of snow you get. If it's been frozen over, it can be sharp because of the bits and pieces of ice that might be lodged into it. I've cut myself on snow before. Then you have the slushy kind that's been mixed in with a bit of rain. And still, you have the snow that has the perfect packing ability and that's the ideal kind to create snowballs, snowmen, et cetera. It's usually the fluffy kind, but it's great for packing.

 

Wait, first floor? That would mean you have atleast a second floor, right?! You live in a mansion compared to me XD
I'm in a single floor apartment and my room is the balcony >.<
It's pretty nice since it's summer now, I can get the fresh breeze and all, but come winter, I have to wrap myself up in 3 blankets XD

Ahh, different kinds of snow, like different kinds of rain or wind. Oh you, mother nature and your wily ways.

 

Yeah, we have a two-floor house, not counting the basement though.
I'll probably have to move out into an apartment, but for now, I am not old enough to live on my own, nor is my brother because he is two years younger than myself.
But this is the first house that we've lived in... My family had always lived in apartment buildings until we moved here. I remember, we used to live on the first floor and then later when we moved out to another complex, the twelfth floor.

Oh, I'm always cold during the winter. I went out and bought myself a fleece blanket with sleeves a couple days ago. They call them "Snuggies" here and look like a robe made out of blanket material ... It had Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Mickey on it, okay? xD I'm guilty as charged.
I used to think they were the dumbest inventions, but asdfjkl; it's so warm, soft, and comfortable. I look ridiculous with it on, but I don't mind. As long as I'm warm, I'm happy.

Mhm. Not only is there snow, but there's sleet, which is basically snow mixed in with a bit of rain so it melts upon contact with the floor or turns into slush. There is also hail. Oh boy. o.o' I remember having to walk to my music school when I was seven with my bag over my head. Those pieces were huge and I thought I was going to die. x.x

 

There's no rush to move out. Only when your ready. Independence is great but responsibility rises a hell lot more. And sounds like you've had quite the life already. My lifes gone backwards, starting in houses and now in apartments XD
Also pretty jealous of that "snuggie". I really want one now, even though it's well hot where I am... because it has a pic of Sora, Goofy, Donald and mickey =P
Oh yay, hail. The closest thing to snow I've seen or can get >.<

 

Oh, of course. I intend of taking full advantage of living at home and my mother also encourages it, as long as I pay some sort of boarding fee... xD Our family managed to save, save, save, until we could afford a house. I don't look forward to moving out at all.
Does it get lonely by yourself?

Hail hurts when you get the large grains of it. ]: Whacking you on the head and whatnot.

It has a bunch of different Keyblades on it like the Oathkeeper and Oblivion. I think Fenrir's on it somewhere as well.

 

Fortunately I'm not by myself. I'm with my older brother and my mum stays with us. Yes, she stays with us since we're the ones who paid the bond and pay off rent and bills. She's almost decrepit due to an unhealthy life style of cigarettes and coffee. Minimal sleep and smoking like a chimney, I sometimes wonder how we are related =\
And hail can be fun... try dodge rolling out of harms way XD
Also I want that snuggie of yours. Maybe not exactly your one, since it is yours but another one =P

 

Oh, I see. When I move out, I will most likely be by myself... However, I have a friend that lives a state away but she has family where I live, so maybe, just maybe we might be able to move in with each other. We've known one another since we were four.

Speaking of dodge-roll, my brother's just about beaten KH2 without using a Dodge-roll. Somehow, he missed receiving the skill and thus had to play the whole game without it. xD I don't understand how he does it. He's gotten up to Xemnas' multiple forms.

I'll have to take a picture of it sometime for you then. ^^

In all honesty, I only pay attention to the holidays if we get off from school. The only reason I remember Valentine's Day is because it's the same day as my uncle's birthday.
Though... Admittedly, I have thought of skipping school using the old Chinese New Year excuse with a couple of my Vietnamese friends... xD

It works, you know. xD Well, it worked for me. Probably helps that I'm also of Eastern Asian descent. It was fun spending the day with their families. Or at least, it sure beat going to school.

I miss the times when I actually enjoyed school.

As far as Valentine's Day, it will just be any old day for myself as well. I figure that love will come whenever. No need to go out and search for it.
