    [Sign Up Sheet] Dissidia : Non Canonus > NOW LOOKING FOR WARRIORS OF CHAOS

    Alright dudes, it came to my attention people would want to do a Dissidia roleplay so I've decided to start writing one up. However, the main thing about Dissidia's story is the characters they have at it's disposal (Cloud fighting Sephiroth, etc)

    So this topic is going to be a gathering warriors of Cosmos and Chaos topic.

    The roleplay won't start if there are less than 5 warriors of Cosmos and 5 warriors of Chaos however there will be a maximum of 10 warriors of Cosmos and 10 warriors of Chaos. So it's first come first served!!!

    There are a few limitations but also a unlimiter
    -Each character needs to have 4 Bravery+ and 2 HP+ attacks in theory. This is to prevent characters who can't fight (For example Cid from FFV)
    -No characters taller than an average humanoid. This is subject to change but this is to prevent giants.
    However, this is our roleplay so there is a wonderful rule
    -It doesn't have to be a Final Fantasy character. It can be from other franchises!
    AND
    -The character doesn't have to be from a game. It can be from any film,book,etc that is a well known character!

    Ok? Those are the only few rules. Best thing about the characters is that as they are coming from well known franchises, we don't require a long bio on the characters.

    Brief Bio : Escaping the events of District 9, Wikus now stands alone in the battle grounds without hope for a cure that'll prevent his mutating fate. Now doubting whether there's such a thing as hope, he wanders the world alone without assigning himself to Cosmos or Chaos for although the endless cycle has halted his mutation, it has not prevented it's evitable fate.

    Awesome, I love Dissidia. Here is my input.

    Character Name : Magus
    Franchise : Chrono Trigger
    Warrior of : Cosmos

    Brief Bio : After the events of Chrono Trigger, and his sole enemy slain, he wished to have peace
    and solitude till the end of his days. His inner self couldnt get used to this however, as his dark
    and deadly shadow magic was seeking more combat. So picking up scythe in hand he traveled to other realms and diminsions seeking those who would appose him. In the end, he feels its best live in a world where none other can find any chance to reach ultimate power. Seeing that kind of power before hand, he knows it is to risky without being properly used.

    Bravery Attacks : Scythe -Triple quick- Slash (Air and Ground), Triple shadow orbs (Air and ground), Dark Wave -sends a cloud of shadow magic- (Ground), Charged Scythe Dash (Air)
    HP Attacks : Black Rain - More Damage when enemy is close- (Air and Ground), Leaping Scythe Slash (Ground), Shadow Pulse (Air), Triple Magic Strike -Lightning, Fire, and Ice- (Air and Ground) Scythe Rage -Turns swiftly invisible and slashes scythe unlimited amount of times for 2 seconds. It has to be charged up however. (Ground)

    Series: Final Fantasy and Dissidia series
    Side: Chaos
    Ability: Sword can change form and is the most powerful in melee combat. A slow ground mover.

    Brave moves: Ground
    Deathblow: Charges forward and swings the weapon upwards to knock the person up into the sky.
    Lance Charge: Lengthens parts of his swords and charges forward. If it connects, he can jump up and slam the opponent. It can still stagger anyone who tries to block it.
    Round Edge: Swings around twice and then swings the weapon. Can get in three hits.
    Aerial:
    Twin Swords: Separates the weapon in two and deals multiple blows with each sword while moving forward.
    Chain Cast: Extends the sword on a chain and whips up and down. Easy to dodge but has a long range.
    Bardiche: Turns the sword into a deformed axe and swings it down towards the person.

    HP Attacks:
    Earthquake: Smashes the sword into the ground to erupt stone spikes.
    Blaze (Ground): Breaks the weapon into two swords and spins around to shoot fire projectiles that can home in on the person.
    Blaze (Aerial): Same as Blaze (Ground).
    Ex Mode: Class Change. Prevents flinching from Bravery attacks and from being knocked back by HP attacks.
    Ex Burst: Soul of Chaos: Knocks the opponent back and lifts the sword to charge energy. If successful, Garland unleashes a series of attacks using the four variant forms of his sword, before spinning and unleashing a final blow with its base form. If not, Garland will use fewer attacks before skipping to the finishing attack.

    Bio: A former knight of Corneria and was raised by Cid and his wife, he was forever trapped within the endless cycle and become obsessed with it. He was used as a tool to defeat the neighboring army and was only seen as a weapon. Even so, he tried to kidnap Princess Sarah but failed. The Four Fiends of Chaos ends up sending him 2,000 into the past and it was there that he was able to become Chaos. Aiming to live forever, he tried to destroy the Warriors of Light but failed. Even so, he and Chaos were one and the same and the endless cycle still continues.

    He is now, ever standing by Chaos' side in the war to help restore Chaos' memory.

    Name: Cosmos
    Series: Dissidia

    Title: Goddess of Harmony and Goddess of Death
    Ability: Create crystals to oppose Chaos and teleport.

    HP moves:
    Holy: Seven pearls surrounds the opponent and go up into the sky but then strikes down. Has higher versions if Cosmos' strength is higher. Holyga will appear as a big light that appears underneath the opponent in a medium range and then engulf the opponent in the light. Holyja will appear as FFXII version with Cosmos casting an intense Holy spell that can cover (depending on the arena/place) half the field and inflict the reverse effect that would reverse anything that is gain.
    Aqua Breath: Short range water attack that shoots out bubbles.
    Shining Air: Sends a wind spell that can try to inflict the bind status. Can be used from far away.
    Electrocute: Short-range thunder physical attack. If it connects, Cosmos can, if she wants, chain in Judgement. This is a double-edge attack which can have Cosmos to use more of her power to do damage to the foe but it might also have the chance of hitting her too.

    Bravery Attack:
    Dia: Throws Small white meteors and lowers the foe's defense and have it to gradually lose bravery power. Cosmos has stronger version only if she is strong. Diera would send in more light meteors while Diaga would shoot a heavenly beam from the sky for massive damage.
    Aerial Slash: Physical attack where she slashes with her robes combined with wind magic as though they are swords.
    Thunder Kiss: A minor thunder spell. If it connects, she can chain the attack with Thunder Summon, which calls on a random thunder summoning (Ramuh's judgement bolt or Flash Arc)
    Waterga: Creates a water sphere that would surrounds the enemy. If the person is trapped, she can either clap her hands to crush them in watery explosion or to let them drown until it evaporates or until she use another attack.
    Ex Mode: Lufenian Rebirth: Strengthens her spells and puts a reflect spell around her, which allows her to stop any close to mid-range attacks.
    Ex Burst: Wing of the Hawk: Washes away the foe to a heavenly place and starts to dance. Light, water, wind and thunder will hit the opponent while she dances. If all of the attacks is able to hit the person directly, she will end the combo with Final Fantasy, which will have her emit an intense, powerful light attack that would send the person into oblivion. If one of them misses, then she will only use Syphon to take away minor bravery power.

    Bio: The reincarnated version of Cid's wife, Cosmos has been the sole ruler of the world after defeating Chaos in the 13th cycle of war. She is an alternative mean to soothe Garland's soul. She always had trust in her warriors and she is very sacrificial of herself to make sure that there is always a way to win the war. She wanted to win the 12th cycle of war by having the warriors all find their crystal but with the Warrior of Light and Kain's information on the ever-growing power of the manikins, she knew that she must lose the 12th cycle in order to keep the cycle going. With her sacrifice, she was able to reduce most of the manikins forces.

    During the 13th cycle, she was severely weaken from the last battle. She rested while the returned warriors went on to find their crystals but her real plan was to strain herself even more in order to defeat Chaos through the powers of the crystal. Doing so cost her life and the warriors knew true darkness but they was able to stop and, if so, stop the cycle of war and Chaos thanks to Cosmos' power. As of now, Cosmos is traveling across the worlds, trying to figure out as to why the war still continued.

    Bravery moves
    Burning Flames: Chaos backflips in place, sending a plume of fire along the ground.Chaos can form up three consecutive plumes of fire. Often used several times in succession. Causes staggering if a guard against it is attempted; if staggering occurs the other two plumes sent out will connect. The plumes can all be dodged. Ground move.
    Spheres of Destruction: Chaos spits several fireballs that fly forward in random directions. Can be blocked to deflect them back at Chaos, but blocking makes the player stagger. A ground move.
    Eternal Blow: Chaos teleports underground, leaps up to attack the player, then teleports and repeats twice more. Fairly easy to avoid as portals appear on the ground. Chaos cannot stop the attack once he teleports the first time. Blocking however will stagger. Aerial
    Sinful Mayhem: Chaos spins around, unleashing waves of energy. This attack has good tracking, and Chaos teleports in front of the person before attacking. The attacks are 'magical' in nature, and can be deflected by moves which block magic, or dashing through the waves. Can be blocked but does not stagger Chaos, so the player must block multiple times in succession. Aerial

    HP moves
    Divine Punishment: Chaos summons multiple plumes of fire around the foe, then creates a quick burst of flame under them, teleports above and hurtles a flaming sword down at the foe. The initial fire plumes only hit if the foe moves while the attack is being used; the burst of flame can be dodged, but cannot be blocked and will stun the foe if they are hit, leaving them open to the HP hit. Ground move
    Demonsdance: Chaos teleports around the arena erratically, slashing rapidly when he appears then teleporting to attack again. Can cause consecutive HP damage if individual hits connect. Can be dodged, but not guarded.
    Special:
    Utter Chaos: Chaos leaps into the magma around the arena and grows to massive size, uttering the words, "Shiver at the power of a God." He takes hold of a massive sword, then swings it down onto the arena. Chaos then attacks three more times using any of the following moves:Stabs the sword into the ground, sending a plume of flame at the foe.Swings the sword across the arena, leaving explosions. Thrusts the sword across the arena, sending walls of fire along the ground.
    Brink of Delusion: The final blow of Utter Chaos. Chaos summons three more swords, then flings all four into the sides of the arena. Fields of energy appear on the ground and explode, dealing HP damage if the foe is standing on them when they do. Chaos then teleports back to the arena to continue the battle normally.

    Bio: The God version of Garland, Chaos oppose Cosmos to try to send the world under his rule and destruction. Even so, he has lost his many past memories of past cycles except the 11th-13th cycle. He even went and banished Cloud when he attempted to destroy the dark god. Even though it seems that he were to be the ruler of the world after incinerating Cosmos, Cosmos made a bet on her heroes through their crystals and was able to defeat Chaos while he was consumed by the returning memories of past conflicts.

    Even so, he was able to come back. As of now, he vows to win the 14th cycle of war and to end the war permanently.

    Brief Bio : With his memory wiped completely of the events that occurred in Ocarina of Time, Link and Navi walk the worlds trying to remember what they lost dear. With only the equipment they gained to act as their clues, they try to piece together their memories.
    Bravery Attacks : Fairy Bow (Ground and Air), Megaton Hammer (Ground), Boomerang (Air)

    Title: Cosmos' general and leader of the heroes.
    Game: Dissidia series
    Side: Cosmos
    Ability: Can use magic and physical attacks with proficiency with a sword and shield. Well-rounded melee fighter with mid-range attacks but he has few range attacks and is not super strong like the other characters.

    Brave Moves:
    Dayflash: Short three-hit combo that knocks opponent away. Executes quickly but has low range. Ground move.
    Red Fang: Conjure a fireball to home in on opponent. Ground move
    Blue Fang: Conjures six shards of ice to strike opponent from above. Ground move.
    Crossover: Move forward while spinning shield, then stab opponent to knock them into the air. Aeriel move.
    Rising Buckler: Throws shield upwards at opponent to hit multiple times, then stab and knock them downward.
    Shield Strike: Throw shield downward at opponent to hit multiple times, then knock them upward.
    HP Moves:
    Shining Wave: Ground move: Stab sword into the ground and swing to send a wave of light forward. Tracks slightly and has a high reach into the air.
    Shield of Light: Guard and hold out shield to unleash a short-ranged burst of light energy.
    Brave to HP Moves:
    Bitter End: Chains from Shield Strike or Rising Buckler. Strike opponents with a flurry of sword attacks, then knock them away. Aeriel.
    Rune Saber: Aeriel. Create a field of light energy to damage opponent, and stab upwards with a large sword of energy.
    Ex Mode: Class Change. The Warrior of Light gains the bonuses Mirror Attack, protect, and Light's Blessing. Mirror Attack deflects minor magic projectiles while attacking, Protect increases the Warrior's Defense by ten points, and Light's Blessing summons swords of light to strike opponents when landing a Bravery attack, dealing additional damage and knocking them further back than usual.
    Ex Burst: Oversoul. the Warrior of Light attack the opponent with powerful magic sword blows. If none of the attacks misses, then the Warrior executes a final strike that "detonates" the magical energy surrounding the opponent.Will activate a very weak explosion if misses.

    Bio: Not knowing his name or what had happened to his world, he had resided in castle Cornelia for the rest of his life after the 13th conflict of war. he still have a memory of someone calling his name, but he cannot remember. Even though he is still trying to recover his memories, he still believes that the light would forever be with them. In one of the previous cycles, he was found by Prishe and Garland but Prishe was able to recruit him to Cosmos' side when he had no memory of what happened. He then fought on Cosmos' side ever since he was rallied up for the war. In the 12th cycle, he was less confident and unsure of himself and of the war and through the truths from Kain, he tried to sacrifice himself in order to keep Cosmos and his allies alive and ready for the next war but instead, some of his friends gave themselves up and Cosmos sacrificed herself so that the 13th cycle of war will exist.

    In the 13th cycle of war, he was able to obtain his crystal and was able to fight against Chaos. Even still, he did not need his memories in order to know who he is. He was able to keep his vow and promising, able to keep cosmos safe and to overcome the cycle. As of now, during the 14th cycle of war, he felt a strange calling as he lives in Castle Cornelia.

    Gender: Male
    Series: FF II and Dissidia series

    Side: Chaos
    Title: Chaos' strategic general alongside Garland.
    Ability: Powerful magic with powerful traps at his disposal. Has many attacks that may paralyze his opponnents.
    Weaknesses: Victory depends on the area and most of his brave attacks can be blocked, reflected or dashed through. If his opponent uses a guard-breaking attack on his flare attack, then it will be reflected right back at him.

    Brave Attacks:
    Thunder Crest: Form a circle of energy on the ground that draws in opponents, damaging and stunning them over a period of time. Ground.
    Bombard: Hit opponent with staff, knocking them back and planting mines on their chest that explode to launch them into the air. Can be used to reflect attacks. Crushes guards. Ground move.
    Light Crest: Conjure a field of magic on the ground that shoots projectiles upwards when the opponent comes close. The projectiles bounce off walls and barriers and curve in the air to track the opponent. Ground move and aeriel.
    Dynamite: Ground and Aeriel. Charge and fire an orb of orange energy that sticks to walls and ceilings. Can trap and stun enemies for a period of time before exploding. If the opponent blocks the attack, the orb will absorb and damage the Emperor instead.Crushes guards on full charge.
    Landmine: Throw two mines onto the ground that explode on contact.
    HP Moves:
    Flare: Ground and Aeriel. If used on the ground, Fire a slow-moving sphere of blue fire that follows the enemy for a long time. Can be reflected with any guard-crushing attack, and if reflected will track and damage the Emperor instead. If used in the air, Fire a sphere of orange fire that hovers in place in the air. The sphere is destroyed if hit with an opponent's guard-crushing attack. Slams opponent to the ground on contact.
    Dreary Cell: Create a spark of light on the ground that expands into a crest of energy and surrounds opponent with exploding mines when they come close enough.
    StarFall: Charge for a long period of time to summon a barrage of fireballs around opponent before a meteor slams them to the ground.
    Ex Mode: Power of Hellfire, his hell form. While in EX Mode he gains the ability "Blood Magic", where the Emperor will heal an equivalent amount of HP whenever the opponent's HP is damaged.
    Ex Burst: Absolute Dominion. Charges up energy. If completed, the Emperor uses Entice, attacking the opponent with beams of energy, to which his human form briefly makes an appearance while using the attack. If failed, will use cyclone instead.

    Bio: The Mastermind of Chaos' forces. He tends to drown the world in darkness under his rule and wanted to destroy Cosmos in Chaos' favor. He also tend to plot with Ultimecia in order to achieve his objections. He was able to have Chaos lure in Tidus in order to have him try to kill Jecht but instead. He try to kill Yuna but ended up hurting Tidus in the process. During the middle of his battle with Yuna, he saw that Jecht gave up his powers to keep Tidus alive and it enabled him to use and recruit Jecht to the side of Chaos but to also create crystals of darkness. In the next cycle, he worked with Ultimecia to have Cosmos to completely stay dead and used the warriors of Cosmos to have them obtain their crystals and to weaken her completely. He also was astonished of Sephiroth killing himself at the end of the 12th cycle of war.

    Even though he was able to create the crystals of darkness, he was unable to use them and was defeated. During the time of Chaos' revival for the 14th war, he was able to come back with Garland and new allies, but also came back with the crystals of darkness that he made. It was through them that he was still able to retain his memories of the 11th-13th cycle of the war and he vowed to make sure to become the world's new ruler. He still need to recover from the 13th cycle of war before he can ever use the full extent of the crystals powers so he is working in opening up the the Intermensional Rift once again to try and permanently destroy Cosmos.

    I've added the Warrior of Light. It's a max of two characters per member so the Emporer isn't allowed.

    Also, I'm banning people from entering main series Final Fantasy characters atm so we can have characters from other games.

    I have another for Cosmos. A personal favorite from one of my favorite franchises,

    Character Name : Kratos
    Franchise : God of War
    Warrior of : Cosmos

    Brief Bio : The Destruction of the very gods of olympus and mankind alike drove the planet into pure chaos, Kratos's dead body was washed away to a unknown realm and a unknown godly source released life into the souless body once again. He opened his eyes and lifted himself up. As soon as his eyesight cleared he saw everything was as it was from after his final battle with Zues. The blade of olympus was gone, but for some reason the very dual chain blades (Blades of Exile) were back in place. Being re-equiped with not only his old weapon of choice and a few magic spells still at hand he walked away from the place of awakening searching for answers. Is Zues, the king of the gods still gone for good? Why was he brought back and why in this unfamiliar world? He would have to find out.

    Bravery Attacks : Sonic Circular Slash - releases both small swords to its chains and spins them in a high speed circle around himself in a firey rage - (Ground and Air), Power Stab - without the use of their chains which sadly makes it short range, however this powerful move can pierce almost any guard with fast stabs all around opponents torso area. - (Ground), Leaping Strike - Kratos jumps high in the air and while in air he releases one of his chain blades at the opponent to grab and pull them up as well, where he can then slash a few times and slam them down - (Air), Bow of Apollo - Takes out this power and mystical bow and releases a few of its fast and magical arrows - (Air and Ground)

    HP Attacks : Rage of the Titans - If the opponent is down or stunned for a couple moments Kratos can charge his entire body full of power and burst into flames, then charges at thhe opponent with fullforce and slices repeatidly, however can miss if opponent is to far away or on a platform above - (Ground), Release the Blades - If close enough Kratos can pull a long combo of flaming chain sowrd power then if the opponent doesnt resist good enough he can release them into the air jump up and slam them down creating a small explosion - (Air and Ground), Exile Unleashed - Kratos can charge himself for a few seconds, then jump into the air and hold the flaming blades above his head, then charges down to the opponent on the ground so hard and fast it can send them flying - (Air), Electrical Rage - Kratos can release a field of electricity around himself, the longer the attack is charged up, the longer the effects will last and more damage will be done - (Air and Ground)

    EX Attack : Power of the Gods - Stabs opponent with extreme force and sticks them to the ground, then walks a few steps away and as the opponent releases themselves and tries to get up Kratos comes back with the glowing blade of olympus and stabs them in the stomach and releases the blade, leaps up in the air and releases a few blue electrical beams from the blade at the sunken opponent. Then for a finisher he picks them up throws them in the air and slashes them with the same blade. Which sends them flying away as you can see him finishing the job by picking back up his normal chained blades and putting them on his back.

    Ok I've added Kratos as a Warrior of Cosmos and the Heart of Gaia as a stage

    For now, I have LOCKED the applications of the Warriors of Cosmos. This means I'm ignoring future applications for warriors of cosmos until there are 5 warriors of chaos in total.

    SO COME APPLY TO BE A WARRIOR OF CHAOS!!!

    Congrats on 5 warriors of cosmos finally, now we just need chaos. :) By the way, any plans yet on what the story will start like?

    Well let's start with the warriors of cosmos

    The Warrior of Light will be appearing as the manikin form just after Prishe and Shantotto make him join Cosmos. Prishe and Shantotto won't be in it as they are the last line of defence. As with Gabranth.
    Wikus will be falling into the rift and will find salvation by cosmos
    Magus will be fighting the darkness that still revolves inside him
    Link and Navi will be fighting the hordes of chaos but doubting whether they are worthy of being warriors
    Kratos will be finding a new path to follow after gaining vengence
