I will. However, there is one more person who said that she will join but I have not heard from her yet. I am about to start and anyone else are able to join in too. I just need to check up on her.

I see you're not going to budge with your character. That's highly unfortunate.

Also, in regards to some of your rules:

6 - pre-assigned judges should make the threads and determine the locale. Makes thing a little closer to fair; at the very least, someone else should make your battle threads.

7 - you might want to clue people in on a point system. If it's important, people need to know and understand it.

8 - Unnecessary, and overcomplicating. That is all.

    EtherealSummoner Lamentations 3:22-26

I did tone her down. I took three of her moves away and I made 1-2 of her moves weaker. Destiny will be the judge. If anyone wants to be a judge, let me know. As for the battle threads, I be on here more often than Destiny and I have all of the battle threads and the battle fields already planned out that will be fair to everyone and keep everyone to start thinking more about their characters and what to do so that they will not be powerplaying.

As for the point system, I do not want to do the grammar point system like we did before so the point system will be based on how many times you have powerplayed, did you godmod, and more. This is what the point system looks like on a scale of 1-10 as me and Destiny discuss:

    Creativity: (positive)
    Powerplaying: (Negative)
    Realism: (Positive)
    Judge's Favor (Positive)
    Abiding by Rules: (Positive)
    Usage of the Field: (Positive)
Breaking out of Character's Template: (Negative)

As for the 1 v 2 and 2v2, I might not do it but that is just an idea.

Alright, trying to do something new! An improvizational weapon user!

    Name: Beatrice Daia

    Age: 22

    Race: Hume

    Gender: Female

Weapon: A large double-sided wrench about a yard and a half long. On one side there is a monkey wrench and on the other is a standard wrench. Also carries a special ultrastrong magnet wristguard. It's plain metal, but the hinge to clasp the thing on is located on the outer left arm, and the edges of the arm are where the two ends of the magnet are. Once activated, the two ends move forward and a handle emerges to connect the two pieces in front of her hand. She has an entire toolkit that she keeps either in her home/ship, or in parts on her person that is filled with other various tools that could be weaponized. (within reason, of course)
Secondarily, she has a metal gauntlet on her right arm (Opposite the magnet ofc) that has a blow-torch function from her index finger, with two settings - one like a normal blow-torch, and the other as a soldering tool. The fire doesn't work on living flesh (It's why she doesn't get burned), but works normally on nonliving substances. The gauntlet is more like a glove than a bracer, lacking any sort of extension past the wrist.

Abilities: Depending on the setting, she usually has high vehicle piloting skills and improvisational weaponry.

Physical Description: Garb is normally a green or blue bandanna with a grease-splattered sleeveless tee and jeans. Hair color is a very dark brown, and is normally kept short and under the bandanna. Her bangs creep out however, and end up framing her face on the edges and cover what's left of her forehead. Her frame is fairly muscular up top, and her legs aren't something complain about either.

Personality: Grease-monkey ish. Gets excited about vehicles easily. Given the setting, has a Scottish accent or not. Not exactly rude, but definitely has sort of a mother/nannyish quality about her.

He is accepted. However, there are some things that needs to be taken out.

    1. If his ability is to be able to enhance his speed and agility, then amplify needs to be taken out. Also, I recommend that Pitch be replaced with something else since I can see Noise using the move and then the other competitor starts complaining about it being powerplaying because they cannot move, although it cannot stop them from attacking. If you want to keep it, then fine but remember that this will add some to huge negative points for this.

    2. I recommend that tiring should be for the rest of the battle.

As for you Requiem, is Beatrice will only be using a weapon only? To me, that is unique.

Anyways, here are the numbers for the characters. Whoever do not join tomorrow (With the exception of Wayward) cannot participate.

    The Boss and Creator: Freya
    1. Noise-Legacy
    2. Cinx-Awesome
    3. Beatrice-Requiem
    4. Inida-BWM
    5. Sean-Awesome
    6. Rowen-Saker
    7. Jaya-Requiem
    8. Hatori-Hatori

I will get together with the judge and start the first battle soon. I might have two battles going on.

And for that reason you should remove time collapse.

You realize that by your system, you're set up for negative points as well?

Weapon only, yes. But she improvises quite well, and does best in urban settings.

Your character is still too strong. Time collapse is still bad, you're best removing it and Mendo ball is godmod, period, end of story

My character will be dine by tonight.

    Name
    Sarah Zairre*

    Gender
    Female

    Age
    Approximately 20

    Race
    Transcended Human

    Abilities

Energy Conduit; the transcended qualities of Sarah's being bears a most peculiar trait, in that she has literally become a storehouse of latent, untapped energy (as she calls it). The energy is something akin to the Far East concepts of Chi, the intrinsic force governing over both body and mind. Having tapped into this energy, she has made significant physical and "magical" strides. She has surpassed the threshold of peak athleticism into a sub-superhuman level of acumen. As a user of this energy, she is able orient and shape it through her body at will. As a conduit, she is able to exert this energy from her body for either attack or defense.*

    Common Techniques & Conditions
*The following are more so direct attacks and conditions Sarah can use via her abilities. However, there exists a wider range of other possibilities that I'll be apt to utilize if and when they come to mind, and as I can find the words to justify them in relation to her ability. Expect variations on listed moves as well.*

Push; a basic exertion of her energy, which involves pushing it out in the form of unseen bursts of sheer kinetic force. As though extending a telekinetic fist, this force can be used to push or strike foes, usually from a shorter distance for the best effect. The technique can also be used in more finite control to achieve aerial mobility (flight and such).

Blasts; the purest expression of the exertion of this energy, manifesting it as a legitimate manner of matter. In exerting the energy in this form, it takes on a material appearance and composition similar to a focused laser. It holds an extremity of heat, explosiveness and destructiveness, as well as traces of electromagnetic properties. It can be exerted in this manner as streams,'orbs, discs, loose blasts and bursts, and just about any shape the user can think of. Typically concentrated and expelled around the hands.*

Shielding; in exerting the energy in a "pure" form, one can shape it as they see fit. Not only can it be shaped into blasts, but also shielding forces, drawing out of its electromagnetic potentials. One can utilize those properties so as to create and maintain a shielding force-energy field through which some attacks can not penetrate through to the caster's body.*

Self-Immunity; By root nature an energy of this sort carries a personalized quality, which helps to bond it with the person using it. It recognizes said person, and its effects are restrained from a directly influencing the user. For example, a blast can be concentrated around a person's hands for ejection, while not harming that hand. If a blast and the like get redirected, it does little to no harm to the body of the user unless altered to such an end.*

Energy Expenditure; For the most part, basic functions of this energy can be engaged without much energy expenditure. Namely, the physical prowess it contributes can be tapped with almost no consequence and "push" requires only a small exertion to make anything useful. However, exerting it in its pure forms can prove disastrous to a person's stamina if used for long or taxing periods. **

Flow Focus; Sarah is unable to simply charge herself into a higher state of power on a whim; she must work fir that at the moment. What she us capable of is focusing her energy into attacks in such ways as to maximize their strength and effectiveness. For example, in placing a kick, she might put an emphasis on her energy flow to her legs and core.

    Strengths

Physique; Sarah is gifted in bodily fitness at a level nearly bordering the superhuman mark. She capable of feats of strength and agility that most humans would be baffled by, and can endure the stresses that come with such prowess as well as the intensity of battle. She's particularly gifted in feats of acrobatic and gymnastic nature.

Calm Mind; just she has been gifted with a strong body, Sarah has trained her mind in such ways that she can keep her cool through all but the most infuriating of circumstances. While she may be angry at a given point, she seems capable of looking beyond the small things and see the big ones more clearly.

    Weaknesses

Self-Taught Fighter; more or less, Sarah has taught herself how to fight the good fight, and lacks formal training to suit her potential. She banks on the combined efforts of her own combat ideas and the various methods she's seen, heard of and used before in similar situations. Overall, it makes for a capable, but unfortunately blotchy fighter.*

Magical Restraint; between understanding her limitations as far as conservation and and generally disdaining the use of her energy in large amounts, Sarah does not take to regular use of the powers she has. She prefers the up close and personal method of fighting. There are specific conditions, namely in obvious need, under which*she would be caught using her abilities for attack.*

    Description

Appearance; A taller figure as females typically go, maybe around 5'7". She's built in a leaner figure, but well toned for her age, with a particular strength of form found at her core and legs. Her figure has a look all the more sleek by her relatively flat chest area. Her limbs are on the lengthy side, her legs constituting a noticeable proportion of her weight. She carries a light, graceful, though sometimes meandering posture.
Sarah is not much a super model or movie star by common standard. Her looks from a facial perspective are of a quite tamed beauty. Facially, she shares in the similar leanness as the rest of her body. A bit of a squared jaw is evident. Her face is framed out by dirty blonde hair that falls a bit below the shoulders. A light curtain of bangs falls to just above a pair of gray-blue eyes.

Clothing; Fitting to an era, particularly the manner of that in which she has lived, she adorns a style of clothing reminiscent of a typical "punk" style. Her torso is adorned by a sleeveless vest that covers from her hip, up to a point along the neck. On her arms, she sports a long pair of fingerless padded glove-gauntlets that protect the area of her palms down through her elbows. Commonly she wears a pair of tight, form-fitting pants to both leave her figure in vision and allow her a less hindered mobility. Between her vest and pants, she wears a lightly padded leather material; her glove-gauntlets are also padded, with a protective quality similar to a Kevlar vest. Her feet are often cover by a pair if well-broken in Converse shoes, with thin black socks worn underneath.*

    Other

Her Story; She was an average girl, living in an average life in an average world. Of course, that thought depended on whether or not you could refer to the post-disaster world that was once Earth as an a adage world, and the fight to maintain survival in balance with living in peace. That was the life she knew, knows, and will know. She also knows that somehow, somewhere along the way, she was "awakened" and, one day, found herself at e helm of an odd, yet familiar power. She doesn't know how it happened.'what she does know is that it happened shortly following a strand of dreams she had about a strange place, filled with strange beings with power that immensely outmatched even the ones that spawned from her. And as she's strode into the thick of the world, she has found herself, uttering a word that came from these dreams...*

I suspect this will be well in order. And I'm certain people won't mind me stretching my creativity beyond the basic attacks.

Don't worry. I do not mind anyone going specific. I love to read anyways. I accept your character but may you please tell me what are the asterisks(Starts) are for by her name? I understand what it is for by the moves but I am more curious for the name.

Also, Saker told me that he is out of town due to some incident and will not be on for a few days. He will not be on but his character, Rowen, will not be disqualified. Instead, Wayward's character will take Saker's place.

Oh... I already posted. But Destiny or someone can delete it if that's the case. I'm not too keen on the conditions for this one anyways.

Also, summoner, be careful with your word choice. People knew what you meant, but if no one mentioned it, I'd have ignored the the idea of lightning strikes, and substituted thunder, which is only sound and not particularly dangerous.
