A Town, A City, A End

"I'm hungry,"Yuuri said."How long did we go?"

 

>Sorry, but I couldn't follow that introduction... so I guess I'll improvise...<

Time travel is dangerous... I would know, I done it before... And if I hadn't, Husky would have died a long time ago... Now... where exactly... er... when exactly are we again? I see no weapons but... swords and such...

Ultima looked around at the scenery before turning back to Jake.

I'm no good at history but I'd guess year... 1000 or so? Maybe 1100... I have no idea... but anyways, what are we supposed to do?

 

husky opened his eyes and suddenly felt pain stinging all over his body. as if he had been brutally beaten.

>F.Y.I.. fenrir is not a good thing for husky to have. he torments husky, usues him to block magic spells and weapons, and occasionally bashes his unconcious body into the enemy.<

husky winced in pain but got up and kept going. he casted curaga on himself but it didn't help too much. husky walked up to the group who had decided to face this futuristic technology. although he knew he could not let them into M.G.E.R.S knowing full-well they would be pulled into another dimension when it was gone. he did not reveal this to them but instead pointed east and kept walking.

 

"I have a bad feeling about this,"Yuuri said.

 

it had been three days since the demon had been slain and the group arrived upon an impressive fortress, it was here that G.E.R.S would make its scheduled dna transactions. but nonetheless G.E.R.S seemed to have killed off the humans and replaced them with machina.there were two machina guarding the gate and husky could not stop to rest, the castle had to be taken by sundown or they would be too late. he rushed in and engaged the machina dodging attack and slashing their parts. husky dodged one machina's attack when the other machina launched a missle. husky saw it coming but couldn't dodge out of the way. he instead chose to grab the missle (wich wasn't a very bright idea) and try to turn it back against the machina. unfortunatley due to huskys carelessness in not stopping to rest he did not have the strength but managed to divert the missle toward a nearby cliff.

 

Oh great... I can't believe this...

Ultima noticed that each machine only had one "eye" so to speak. He also noticed that they were aimed at Husky. He sneaked over to the backside of one of the machines and smashed the back, and the eye. After doing so, the other machine turned and aimed at Ultima.

Oh, grr...

 

Zero ran out from the Alarms and quickly said,"hello and bye!"Scout driods had chased him through the corridors.

 

"Ahh crap,"Yuuri said. About fifty scout droids surrounded him."How the heck did I get here?"

 

husky quickly finished off the machina that noone seemed to know existed and hurried over to help yuuri. "everyone! we have to reach the top of the castle by sundown!" husky jumped onto the head of one driod and began jumping from head to head until he reached the castle entrance. he bolted inside and began quickly slashing his way through machina positioned at their stations.

 

"Why sundown?"Yuuri asked as he was now able to slash any droids in his way.

 

Ultima just watched them go through the castle to get to the top, but Ultima decided to try climbing the outside, after all, the machina on the outside seemed to have all been wiped out.

You guys go on ahead. I'm going to try another way to get to the top...

husky reached the main room of the castle were two gigantic xenotech(pronounced :zenotech) mecha guards were guarding a pair of double doors.

(>xenotech is future technology and anyone who has played metroid prime knows this. anyway it indestructable and magic-resistant. how do we kill it? we don't.<)

husky took the liberty of rushing straight into battle were he proceeded to try and stop them but was instantaniously elctrocuted and sent tumbling across the floor.

 

Ultima was not very good at jumping, so he had to find another way up. First, he got on top of the broken guards and tried to use light speed to run up the wall, but that failed miserably. Then he tried time magic to slow down the forces surrounding him, including gravity. That idea actually worked, and he continued until he reached the top. This task was accomplished in ten minutes for him, but ten seconds in reality. When he reached the top, he noticed that there was no tower. He looked around and saw stairs leading down. He decided that any tower would have to be up and not down. He then noticed that there was in fact a tower, but it was not in touch with the ground. It floated about 100 meters up. The angle from which he saw it at the ground floor must have made it appear to be attached. But now, the question was: how to get there?

 

Yuuri looked up at the sky."That's not good,"he said to himself."About 15 minutes away. Why not sunup?" He saw Ultima climbing the tower extremely fast. Yuuri tried to do the same, but he fell down hard. Okay, not a good plan. Direct route it is then. He ran inside to the main room just to see husky get blown to the floor."What the heck!"

 

husky got up already deciding from experience with xenotech to run forward and cut through. he prepared his hookkeyblade and rushed the guards,disarming them and jumping off their shoulders husky kicked though the double doors and entered a long hallway. rushing even further down the hallway with yuuri right behind husky came upon exactly what he was looking for.. stairs. he proceeded to the second floor andwas met by two black guard drones.

 

"H-Hey!"Yuuri yelled when Husky left."Don't leave me here!" The two xenotechs picked up their weapon already."I hate this place. Well, least no one's here. Devil fists!" Yuuri's hands turned into a big rock fist."Who's first?" A xenotech went to Yuuri and punched. Yuuri punched the other punch which broke the fist of the first punch.>You with me so far?< Then the xenotech tried to slash but Yuuri blocked it with his other rock fist and threw the xenotech out of the wall. Yuuri looked down. 15 seconds later, the xenotech finally fell."That's a looong fall,"Yuuri said. The other xenotech tried to sneak attack but it was too big. Yuuri threw him out too and went upstairs to meet Husky meeting two black guard drones.

 

husky quickly picked up his hookblade and prepared a stance. he gathered energy in his sword and rushed forward. "dragon slayer!" husky suddenly lunged through both drones with a powerful thrust and got up brushing himself off as both drones exploded. he continued on his way to the staircase to the roof. going up at least three more floors. until husky came upon a huge room. yuuri seemed to have followed him all the way up. husky had come upon a gigantic black beast. it had six eyes. two large eyes and four mini eyes.(two above each eye.).it also dawned 6 foot horns above its head. the beast had dragon scales and had flames come out of its mouth. it had black tattered wings and appeared to be flightless. husky could only guess by the amount of burnt bones and the smell of burnt blood that this was a demonic dragon. he prepared his hookblade and rushed in. slashing at the beast. the beast lunged back and stomped on the ground shaking the entire castle. husky thought to himself for a moment. (this castle is too unstable!....this is gonna be harder than i thought..) he began running away from the dragon now spurting a flamethrower waiting for his chance to strike...
