Vocaloid Miku Hatsume Live Concert

    Ok, someone PLEASE tell me I am not the only person who hasnt heard of this before. Yes I realise that they are just holograms but that is still pretty cool. These "live" concerts featuring the Vocaloid characters are apparently very popular in Japan and even came to America for an Anime convention in LA California on July 2. I dont know much about this so if anyone else has information, feel free to post it. I just thought it was interesting.

    I just found about about these "Vocaloids" two days ago. I don't know too much about them but I hear there may be a game based on them coming out on the PSP sometime in the future. I think it will be a form of Guitar Hero esqu gaming, that's the only thing i can gather seeing as the trailer is just them singing. but maybe some RPG styles will be included.

    I've HEARD of this concert. But I've never seen the concert videos before. I'm just wondering, how the hell do those holograms work?

    On top of that, vocaloid is wonderful.

    They project the CGI images onto a mirror on the stage. the vocals and singer are all generated by a computer. The musicians are real though.

    Yeah, I think this has been around for a least a couple of months now. There was a different company that took part in the Vocaloid concerts, but they got shot down because it was disappointing or something like that.

    Also for some slight fun, here's a video from that channel "Kids React" on Youtube. This has gotten some major hate from some people on Tumblr, and a very mixed reaction from people on uTube itself~

    The vocaloids are a very good singing group, I enjoy their music, but like Knight I only found out about them recently

    WOW. thats basically all i can say to describe how awesome it was.
    i was blown away by the performance and at the fact that something like this even existed.
