    No one beats Kefka yet, although I'll have to wait until I meet X-Death yet to pass judgement on him.

    Based on the quality of the character, Kefka has him beat. Although I still like X-Death. There's one major point he makes late in the game that floored me when he said it.

    However, if you want to base it off of the difficulty of the boss battle. X-Death was much more difficult than Kefka, imo.

    I don't ever judge by final battles, because so far they've all been easy. (VI-XII, anyway). I go by personality, appearance, evil deeds, etc. Although, so far I like X-Death just because he has a hyphen in his name. X-Death. It just looks cool.

    Seymour is my favorite of all villains. :] He was magic. Haha.

    Edea is also another favorite of mine.

    Have you met him yet? Powerful SOB. And I like his calm collected personality. He's not quite so sadistically awesome as Kefka, but he's still one of my favorite villains of the series. He and Kuja are tied for second for me.

    No, I haven't met him yet. I take a long time to get anywhere in FFs. I've been just running around fighting random encounters for a while. But I've heard Galuf talk about him.

    Ah jeez, I forgot about Kuja.
    He was like, mega evil. Not just that, but his Trance for was insanely awesome.

    ....killed me several times though.......

    Actually, Kuja, to me anyway, was probably the least evil of the FF main villains. He's more of a tragic character than an evil one. When it's all said and done with, you kinda feel sorry for him.

    Having met X-Death, I have to say he's pretty awesome. Not quite up to par with Kefka, but close. Who doesn't like a character who actually says "Mwa ha ha"? I loved it.

    Sephiroth, to this date, remains my favourite villain in the series. I loved his connection to each of the core characters, and how, but for the flip of a coin, things could have turned out completely different. I loved his descend into madness and despair, and finally, embracing his origins and setting himself above all others for what they did to 'Mother' and his true race. He was powerful, he manipulated Cloud constantly, caused Aeris' death, triggered Meteor ... yes, he is definately still my favourite.

    Sephiroth is definitely the most memorable villan
    but kefka got stuff done

    anyways my favourite villan is rufus shinra
    he went a lil off the deep end as well but you gotta love political tyranny =p

    I would say Vayne. He is a genius and controlled the Bahamut, which is one of the coolest airships ever.

    Chaos Garland is tough to defeat. It appears you have to have a certain party to win. All your characters have to be in 90s.

    He has the looks... he has the strenght... and he has evil plans for the world's destiny, too.
