Brandon, this is Zelda we're talking about! Where's the Triforce? The magic? Zelda doesn't wield weapons, she uses magic. Also, the light from the swords kind of messes up part of Zelda.

-__- If that is the reason why my signature did not get any votes, then that is just completely bogus and irrelevant. Also, those are bows, not swords. >.> And you need to play the Legend of Zelda to know that she uses Silver Arrows. KITTEEEEEE!!!!!

Brandon, think about that statement for a moment. Now, look at our ages. I've been around longer than you, and I have beaten every Zelda game that has ever been made. Zelda CREATES the arrows for the hero to use. The only games she actually uses them in(As LIGHT arrows not SILVER arrows) is Spirit Tracks, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess.

Well, what I see is that the tag seems to be bland. The render is a low quality so that took away as well. If there were some C4D's, adjustment layers, and smudging going on there would have been some major improvement. I like that you made an attempt at lighting. The tag is just needs more.

Hey mang, a little tip for you. Now that you're a moderator and all, all excited about your new job, you should check out where people usually post their works (tags, i.e.) before moving threads to somewhere. The Graphical Lounge says as follows; "Clans and Overall Graphic Talk". Not the first place for people to show their work, ne? And as you made the rules for the place and so, you should know that the tags and people's work usually go to the root folder of Digital Showcase.

Anyways Brandon, I've gotta admit that I don't like it. The render doesn't blend in to the background, it just pops out too much and it looks somehow stretched. The bg looks like it's just some image and that you've done nothing to it, expect that you've placed that yellow render over it. It's way too plain and somehow the overall looks just low quality. You could try doing that again, and if you've done something to the render like stretching it, leaving that aside and if you've used colors on it, use a little less of it. It's also too bright so I can't really see the lines on her face, so you should adjust the brightness of the picture.

After you've done some repairs, you might want to work on it a little more, add things like texts, effects, make the the overall balance between the render and BG better so that the character blends in, work on the BG making it look more exciting... all the things like that.

    Cheers.

Smudging? ??? I never did think about that. As for the C4D... I do not think that Gimp has that. -_- I need to stop downgrading the quality.

 I didn't do any stretching on the picture at all. Hm... I guess I was thinking too simple on that picture. I will attempt to make it a little bit better than it was before.

The background is very bland, the render is extremely low quality and not blended well, and the colors look terrible together. And I agree with Cameron in that it looks like the render's been stretched or accidentally distorted somehow. If you say you didn't resize or anything, then this is just another reason why this was a poor render choice.

Sorry to be blunt, but there's really nothing that I like about this particular sig. You've done better. Try starting right from the beginning with a high quality stock image and go from there. When you pick these terrible stocks, it doesn't matter how fantastic the background, the sig's never going to look good.
