Hey guys i just wanted to inform everybody on whats going on with me. this morning i was diagnosed with Syncope, i have some info about it from cleveland clinic.com here is some of it

    What is Syncope?
Syncope (pronounced “sin ko pea”) is the brief loss of consciousness and posture caused by a temporary decrease in blood flow to the brain. Syncope may be associated with a sudden fall in blood pressure, a decrease in heart rate or changes in blood volume or distribution. The person usually regains consciousness and becomes alert right away, but may experience a brief period of confusion.

Syncope is often the result of an underlying medical condition that could be related to your heart, nervous system or blood flow to the brain.

What are the symptoms of syncope?
The most common symptoms of syncope include:

    Most common causes
    “Blacking out”
    Light-headedness
    Falling for no reason
    Dizziness
    Drowsiness
    Grogginess
Fainting, especially after a meal or after exercise
Feeling unsteady or weak when standing
Syncope is often preceded by other symptoms (called premonitory symptoms), such as light-headedness, nausea and palpitations (irregular heartbeats that feel like “fluttering” in the chest).

Many people with syncope learn, on their own, to avoid a syncopal event or “passing out.” They recognize the premonitory symptoms and sit or lie down quickly and elevate their legs.

Because syncope could be the sign of a more serious condition, it is important to seek treatment right away after a syncope episode occurs.

With accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment, syncope can be resolved in most patients.

    What causes syncope?
There are many causes of syncope. If blood does not circulate properly, or the autonomic nervous system does not work the way it should, changes in blood pressure and heart rate can cause fainting. Metabolic abnormalities and anemia may also cause syncope.

You should be careful. Eat garlic, onions, and do exercises. Haha that's stinky all the way around! XD

    Why?

Garlic, Onions, and Exercise are great combatants for preventing bad blood circulation.

Oh wow I actually have this too! I was diagnosed back in January when I blacked out while I was washing up in the morning, they ran tests on me for 2 weeks to figure out what was wrong with me. Luckily when I hit my head it wasnt that severe but I did have headaches for a few days after it happened, mostly my arm and shoulder were messed up cuz thats where I hit the hardest during my fall. Apparently syncope is very common for young women age 13 to 21 though I never heard of it happening to anyone else besides me until now. Nice to know Im not the only one out there that has this condition. Hope you feel better soon!

The brain is essentially re-wiring itself at this stage of your development. It's only natural that the occasional 'wire crosses' and things go on the fritz. (And I mean this literally, not simply as a colourful analogy).

Statistically, it's unlikely that another episode will occur (though not impossible), so don't worry about that. Unfortunately, trauma is the reason why Syncope is so dangerous... and given that you've sustained some trauma the damage has been done so to speak.

I'd still recommend very very light intensity exercise (namely, nothing that will rattle your brain around, so no jogging, running, etc.). Even if this amounts to you taking brief walks, or doing leg lifts or other leg motions while sitting at your computer...Studies have shown that slight increases in blood pressure (and hence, increased delivery of oxygen) can do a world of good for recovery, and even regeneration of nervous tissue. Being completely sedentary (ie. inactive) can lead to general fatigue and a sense of anxiety, or even other health complications.

As Bill Stanish (the guy who discovered that you have to put ice on swollen tissue) said, "Rest is the kiss of death, Movement is the breath of life."

I wish you the best, and a safe recovery.

^_^ Just remember what I told you the other day Fury. Just pray and continue to believe that you are great.
