Music Genres.

I listen to Alternative music, My three favorite Artists of the style of music would have to be OneRepublic, Coldplay, and Florence + the Machine

 

The genre that I listen to the most would be Classic Rock because I've been exposed to it for years (my dad's been listening to that style of music since he was teenager and it has rubbed off on me.)

My favourite artists from that genre are : Led Zeppelin, Queen and Guns N' Roses.

 

I listen to so much music its not even funny. the list of genres i listen to includes Folk, Acoustic Soft Rock, Ska, all sorts of Metal and Hardcore, and i can get into some Dubstep and other electronic music sometimes, if I'm in the mood. I really enjoy instrumental music of many kinds as well.

Some of my favorite bands are Matrimony, The Avett Brothers, For Today, Streetlight Manifesto, Five Iron Frenzy, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones, Fit for a King, Priscilla Ahn, Oh Sleeper, Ed Sheeran, and Sad Piano Music Collective.

I don't particularly care for country, top 20 pop, or most rap.

 

I'm a mixture of everything type of genre. I like Black Keys, Owl City, Eminem, and Avenged Sevenfold.

 

No preference. The only music I can't stand is Screamo and anything Nikki Minaj (blech)

I'm starting to get into the dubstep scene now, lol, and I'm a fan of old school rap

 

^_^ GOSPEL! STRAIGHT UP GOSPEL! GOSPEL! So moving! GOSPEL! Hallelujah Gospel! I don't know why I am repeating the word, Gospel. GOSPEL!

Followed up after GOSPEL is Jazz, Blues and some Techno and clean R&B. BUT GOSPEL! XD I'm such a Jesus-Lover.

Favorite Artist would actually be Marvin Sapp, Commissioned, Scatman John, Smokie Norful, Owl City, Men of Standard... what else... I can't remember...

 

I mostly listen to Rock/Metal. DragonForce, I Am I, Black Veil Brides, Avenged Sevenfold, etc.
If I li to Rap, it has to be Eminem, Tupac, or Biggie
I also like DDR songs, like Captain Jack, Boom Boom Dollar, and a ton of Naoki songs, mainly multiple versions of Burnin' the Floor

 

A lot of indie. Beach House. M83. St. Vincent. Bon Iver.
A lot of classic rock/punk. The Kinks. The Clash. Love. Talking Heads. The Creation. Faces. Buffalo Springfield.
Rap. Odd Future related stuff. Childish Gambino. Kanye.

 

God I love indie. Especially old indie music. If I have to suggest one indie band to anyone, it's Neutral Milk Hotel. Ya the name even sounds indie.

 

Neutral Milk Hotel is pretty fantastic. I'd kill to see Jeff Magnum play a show, especially since he's come back out of reclusion and has been touring, but his shows sell out in seconds.

If we're bringing up older indie music, gotta say the first few Modest Mouse albums are godly. Their newer stuff is good, but nothing will compare to Moon & Antarctica and This is A Long Drive for Someone with Nothing to Think About. Also old Built to Spill records, My Bloody Valentine's Loveless, Mazzy Star, Mercury Rev, Jesus and Mary Chain, and Pulp are all godly too.

 

I listen to JPOP, JROCK, KPOP, pop, soul, R&B, metal, electronic music, instrumental genres of music.
I have many to list what I've listened to.

 

hmm... I listen to:

classical, J-Pop, C-Pop, and ...OST sound trackz ..hahahaaha.
I don't listen to English music, to be honest.
only listen to instrumental, Taiwan Mandarin, Taiwanese, or Japanese. -jump off cliff-

but artists.. are mostly: 梁靜茹(Taiwan), 慈濟(Taiwan), 玉置成実(Japan), and 石川智晶(Japan). just nice and simple~

I'm in for Electronic. Especially experimental genres like experimental, UK garage and microfunk.
I also listen to my fair share of Electro.

Favorite artists: xo:re, Charles Deluxe, Akira Complex, Uppermost, Burial

 

I have not listen to Gospel like I normally do. Basically, I just listen to it whenever I need some encouragement but other than that, I listen to remixes, game music, blues, and clean R&B right now.
