Blitzball Talk

    EtherealSummoner Lamentations 3:22-26

    This is where everyone can mainly talk about Blitzball. Who do you mainly use in your team and who is actually your favorite Blitzball team? Did you get the Jecht Shot? Did you ever had the chance to whoop the Luca Goers? Not only that, how come there are other teams harder than the Luca Goers? XD I just like this.

    The mini-game was actually addicting but in the long run whenever Tidus had the ball and shot from the middle of the arena, it would still go into the goal. I'd like to see what would it be like with newer game mechanics.

    I find it funny because with Jecht Shot 2, I can still get the ball into the goal even if Tidus' shot points is lower than the goalie's. XD Now think about it if this was Online going against other people. That would be overpowering.

    Usually, I would try to get my stronger players right from the get go once I am able to recruit so I usually run to recruit that lady reporter in Luca to be on my team.

    I got the Jecht Shot at the start of the game, and I'd make sure to beat the Goers during the story-compulsive game, but aside from that my team was incredibly mediocre. I don't think I ever managed to really level any of my players up- I was competent enough to get Wakka's overdrives and sigil, but that's about it.

    Mostly my players were just the boring and sucky Aurochs who were originally on the team- there were a couple of others I'd recruit, but like I said, my team was never good.

    Blitzball was occasionally addicting, but I never really loved it or got all into it like I have other mini games *coughtripletriadcough*. The version in X was tons better than whatever they were trying to do in X-2, though.

    I do not even like Keepa. I dumped him to the curve and pick up Jumal in Luca. Keepa's CA is just not good enough, especially against the Al Bhed Psyches. Jumal is the better catcher. Strange though... Tidus is the only player to level the fastest.
