Become vs. Taboo Sho - One for the Dynasty (Experimentation in Army-Based RP Battle)

The following battle will be between myself and Taboo Sho. It shall be an exploit to experiment with a more army-centered combat, using the Dynasty Warrior game series as its backdrop. It will, ultimately, be a figuring-it-out-as-we-go endeavor, and any comments and suggestions constructive to the development of an army-based combat system shall be welcome and looked forward to.​

Basic Ground Rules​

• The both of us will be allotted slots for ten command figures (a character to serve as a commander, and nine other generals), in keeping with our canon inspiration.
• These ten will have a force of 5,000 troops between them, which may be divvied out to our command characters at our discretion.
• The troops allotted will consist of the following types of units: infantry, cavalry and archery/crossbows.
• Victory shall be achieved by either defeating all opposing units, or through surrender of one party or the other.\
• Beyond logistic differences from standard battles, this battle will operate under the rules of role playing and of the arena. Ergo, god-moding, power-playing and the like shall be prohibited.

Step 1. Pre-Battle

Phase 1. Army Sheet

The army sheet, for the sake of this battle, will breakdown the army by basic specs for each of our generals. Thus, it should look something as follows for each general.​

Phase 2. Unit Placement​

• Units may be placed anywhere upon the map.
• The Challenged RPer reserves the right to first placement. After that, the challenger may place their own units accordingly.
• If a player desires the use of an ambush unit, they may leave a unit out of their placement, and utilize said unit once for ambush purposes.
