Ashe is the intellectual counterpart to his twin brother, Kaiser. He prefers to keep a cool head and to think things through so as to not make any detrimental mistakes. He cares deeply about his Digimon, and his brother, and is occasionally more laid back then he should be. As the brother of Kaiser, and the master strategist of the Deva Kings, Ashe demands respect and obedience from the two Deva Queens, and his innate sense of pride will not allow anyone to talk down to him with the exception of Kaiser himself.

Though even though he puts up a strong front, both Hoshi and Kaiser have seen his true self, and it’s something they never wish to see again. The fourth Deva King, however, has yet to see beyond Ashe’s mask, and he intends to keep it that way for as long as he can help it.

Bio:

**The Beginning**

The identical twin brother of Kaiser Legion, Ashe had always been the brain to Kaiser’s brawn even since they were kids. Being abused by their mother, and losing their father, however, forced Ashe to grow up quickly and he formulated a plan to escape from the hellish life they were living. One night, after their mother had gone to sleep, Ashe, who had snuck outside earlier in the day, unlocked the front door using the key he stole from his mother, and from there, they ran.

While they were happy to be away from that wretched place, it wasn’t long before hunger and thirst became a problem, and both Ashe and Kaiser survived with very little to drink and eat each day for over a month before finally, something miraculous happened. They heard a voice, in their heads, asking them for their help, and offering food, water, and a place to call home to them. It didn’t take long for the two brothers to agree to help this voice, and before they knew what was happening, they were sucked into a portal and transported to a place known as the digital world.

It was there that they met Leomon, who seemed to have known they were coming, and brought them to a small village deep within the forest where they were fed and given a nice place to sleep for a few days. Then, on the third day after they had arrived, a stranger left two digi-eggs in the village, one for Kaiser, and one for Ashe. Excited at the prospect of having their own Digimon, the brothers nurtured and cared for the eggs until the fateful day came where the eggs hatched and on that day, at only ten years old, Ashe met the creature who would forever change his life… the digimon, Coronamon.

It was then their journey began. Ashe and his Coronamon, Pyre, alongside his brother Kaiser and his Flamemon, Aiden, set out to restore balance to the Digital world. The rigorous life they lived before they had come to the Digital world had hardened them and aged them beyond their years, both Ashe and Kaiser were strong, and the bonds they shared with their Digimon allowed them to overcome many obstacles, however… a sickening plot by Myotismon, separated the twin brothers, and with no way to reach each other, they were forced to trek forward on their own.

**Separation**

Without his brother’s ever-confident attitude, and strength to back it up, Ashe was put into a particularly dangerous spot. However, he forced himself to overcome this flaw, and with Pyre by his side, he fought on, growing strong enough to overcome the many trials Myotismon threw in his path. While he grew stronger, and he continued on his journey, Ashe could not help but worry for his brother. He knew Kaiser relied on brute strength alone, and without Ashe’s intellect, and reason to sway his judgment, he was bound to make rash decisions that would get him into trouble. Ashe could only hope, that like he himself did, Kaiser would adapt enough to survive until they eventually reunited.

Three years had passed… and Ashe had still not found Kaiser. He had overcome all of Myotismon’s traps and with Pyre’s help, had managed to fend the vampire Digimon off, for a while at least. But he still had not heard anything from his brother, and that worried him. Not because he believed Kaiser had been killed, no, that was impossible, Kaiser couldn’t be killed, but because he worried that Kaiser had lost hope that they’d ever find each other, or worse, given him up for dead. It was a horrible thought to be sure, but one that Ashe could not deny that Kaiser may have come up with after three years of no contact. Regardless, he could worry about that later, as now, he stood before the tall mountain that supposedly housed the Crest of Courage. Ashe knew that the Crests were powerful and he had no idea if it would even help him, but nonetheless, he climbed the massive mountain…

**Courageous Endeavor**

Days… Weeks… Months… Years…? How long had it been since he began climbing this god forsaken mountain? That, Ashe did not know… however, he did know that it had been more then a few months at least, but still he forced himself to move forward, he had to be strong, and he wouldn’t give up, not here, not now. And it was then that he found himself climbing the final ascent and he beheld with awe, the Deva Summit. Looking ahead of him, he made out what seemed to be the ruins of an old castle, and as he began to make his way towards them, that familiar voice echoed through his head… Well Done Ashe… You have proven your courage and determination, and have reached the summit of the mountain… Take this Crest… as acknowledgement for this deed of Courage. Go young one… The fate of the digital world rests within you and your brother’s hands!

**Reunion**

He had obtained what he had come here for… the Crest of Courage. He looked at it curiously before he steeled himself once more and proceeded forward towards the ruins. To his surprise, he found only one thing. A small digimon, who, after being nursed back to health by Ashe himself, introduced himself as Impmon. Ashe and Impmon talked for a while before the boy proposed that Impmon join him on his journey. Happily agreeing to Ashe’s request, Ashe, Pyre, and their new friend Impmon, descended the mountain. It took him half as long to descend the mighty mountain then it did to ascend it, but Ashe knew that it had now been at four years since he and his brother had arrived in this world, and now, it was time to take the battle to Myotismon, and end his tyranny once and for all…

With that thought in mind, Ashe and company marched towards Myotismon Castle, and to his credit, he managed to hold his own against the Vampire Digimon for quite a while, until he digivolved into the fearsome Malomyotismon and eventually drove Ashe and his allies into a corner… But, like always in the past, and still even now, it was his brother Kaiser, who arrived on the scene just in time to push Malomyotismon back and rescue Ashe. The Taiki twins were together again. Ashe and Kaiser could instantly see how much they’d each grown, and with a smile they both came together and coordinated perfectly, as if they hadn’t even been apart for four long years.

**The fall of Myotismon**

Ashe developed a quick strategy and Kaiser was quick to catch on. While Kaiser distracted Malomyotismon, Ashe and Pyre, snuck out and around to higher ground. Just like four years ago brother, we beat him, like we beat mom. Then, just as Malomyotismon went to launch a powerful attack, Ashe and Pyre attacked him from behind, stunning the powerful demon-like digimon.

“Now Kaiser!”

On Ashe’s command, both he and his brother charged forward, and with the power of their digimon beside them, they sliced through Malomyotismon, causing the demon emperor to roar in agony. ”You think this is over? No… NO this is far from over! I will have revenge… and when I do… you will regret ever challenging me… Arrrghhh.!” And, after his threat had been spoken, Malomyotismon dissolved into digital data, which then exploded, sending a shockwave throughout the entire castle. Knowing they had to escape, they did so with haste as the castle of Myotismom crumbling. After escaping, Kaiser and Ashe exchanged greetings and hugs, happy to see each other once again. It was then that Leomon arrived, proclaiming them heroes of the digital world. This got he and his brother thinking…

Here… in the digital world… they had everything they could ever dream of! Friends, home, food, water… They were heroes! Why then, would they want to return to the real world? That was exactly it… they did not. Ashe and Kaiser constantly discussed the possibilities, as well as the pros and cons to each possible plan… It was then… one year later… that they came to the ultimate decision.

**Rise of the Deva Kings**

They would merge the digital world and the human world into one. That was their plan, and they immediately took everyone who was loyal to them and began the construction of the central headquarters of their new team. Ashe, to his credit, managed to rebuild the old castle atop the Deva Summit, naming it Deva Castle, and claiming it as his own. He sealed the Crest of Courage away within his throne room, and, liking the name of the castle and mountain, proposed the name “Deva Kings” to Kaiser as the name of their little group. The name stuck, and it was shortly after that the girl known as Ankoku Hoshi arrived on the scene… Though it wasn’t a pretty scene she walked into. Her ideals matched Ashe and Kaiser’s own, and she was named the third Deva King, just in time for a large rebellion to rise up against them.

It was only after an attempted assassination on Kaiser failed that Ashe snapped for the first time in his life. To the shock of all the onlookers, including Hoshi and his brother, digital sword in hand, Ashe slaughtered the entire rebellion force single-handedly. This mass slaughter, would later come to be known as “The Bloody Massacre” and its orchestrater, Ashe, earned the appropriate titular name: “Ashe The Bloody”. As for Kaiser himself, he declared himself God King, and he, Ashe, and Hoshi were unstoppable. Their power was absolute, and yet they allowed rebellions to grow, and they overlooked the occasional threats among other things. They were called monsters, cruel, and power hungry, yet they merely sat by and let the residents of the digital world go about their daily lives.

Recently however, Ashe’s scouts learned grave news from their position within Leomon’s forest… He would soon be seeking the aid of new Digi-destined to overthrow the Deva Kings. While this was of course no problem to the three Deva Kings, they had an unoccupied part of the city, and as such, they needed to find a fourth member for their cause.

Ashe’s genius has gone unmatched by anyone for years now, he constantly urged Kaiser to go into the human world to find some recruits to join the Deva Kings’ Army, as well as find a fourth member for their quartet of power, for he knew all to well that the Digital Gods were not pleased with their intentions. Thankfully, Kaiser agreed to this, and they returned to the human world, which is where they found the fourth and final member of the Deva Kings: ____ ____. They returned to the Digital world with the girl in tow and went on to discuss what their strategy would be over the course of the next year.

It was during that year, however, that Ashe began to feel… differently about his brother. Now, Ashe was a genius, and the thought of him falling for his brother was priceless, even to himself. But slowly but surely, he came to realize that this was not just some fallacy… he had truly been developing feelings for his twin brother. Ashe drank heavily during that entire year, drowning himself in all types of alcohol to alleviate the feelings he was developing but to no avail. It all led up to a drunken confrontation with Kaiser that, where, upon being slapped senseless by his beloved brother, Ashe attempted to take his own life by hanging himself, only to be rescued by the combined efforts of Hoshi and Kaiser. Ashe vowed never to drink again after that night, after Kaiser had a long discussion with him about it, and neither Kaiser, nor Hoshi have spoken of that terrifying night since, as Ashe himself seems to have forgotten what he had almost accomplished.

Since that day, Kaiser has insisted that Ashe strategize within Kami Castle(Kaiser’s own castle) rather then Deva Castle(Ashe’s Castle), and not one to question his brother, Ashe agreed. During their first meeting after the incident, Ashe decided to test something on his long time friend, Impmon. The poor digimon had been unable to digivolve after it was injured upon the Deva Summit, and so Ashe used his digivice to transfer some of his power into Impmon. He did this in front of the other Deva King’s during the meeting, and to the surprise of Ashe and his allies, Impmon warp digivolved into Beelzemon. It was a fantastic discovery, and Ashe was extremely proud of himself for having succeeded in helping his friend.

However, the time of the Digi-destined’s arrival was growing ever nearer, and in the two years they had left, they built up their digimon army, and completed work on the city. Beelzemon switched between guarding Hoshi and Ashe, and the Demon Lord has a long-standing rivalry with Hoshi’s Black Gatomon, Kuroneko. Though, one day, Ashe approached his brother again, and insisted once again, that they enter the mortal world in search of recruits to battle the digi-destined, while the Deva Kings’ focused on their inevitable battle with the Digital Gods. Kaiser again agreed, and thus they stand outside the large school building, watching students file in.

**PRESENT DAY**

The time had come… War would soon be upon them. Ashe was sure of it.

Personality: Strong and a bit hot tempered, Pyre likes to hang around Ashe and just laze around rather then fight. But when her partner calls on her, she’s always willing to put it all on the line for his sake. Her brother, ironically enough, is Kaiser’s digimon, Aiden. She has a crush on Kuroneko, but denies it vehemently, causing Ashe to constantly tease her about it.
