HAPPY NEW YEAR'S KHPLANET!!!

It's come to my attention that you guys should be given a much needed update. As we've mentioned last year, KHPlanet is transitioning into the modern era in order to stay in competition with similar Kingdom Hearts communities, and we've been hard at work. Before I let you in on what's going on behind the scenes. There's been a major change in staff. We're saddened to see our staff go, most of which are veterans, but we must move on.

We like to say farewell to:

• Destiny
• EtherealSummoner
• Desert Warrior
• Remedy
• Ovum

And as you all may or may not know, I, Angel, have been promoted to administrator of KHP's forums. Now that staff matters have been resolved, I can finally get into the behind-the-scenes information and plans. The biggest of which is a complete overhaul of the main site! That's right! We've been working on a completely new web design for KHPlanet, and a few elements from this design will be carried over to a new forum layout once the main site is complete. Currently, the layout is roughly 50% percent complete! (Possibly more, because I like to understate). The layout is vibrant, interactive, and user friendly. Believe me when I say that you won't be able to recognize the main site after its initial release. That's all the news that I have for now.

When I first began 4-5 months ago, no there wasn't a time frame. Due to the fact that I had no idea how to make a WordPress theme or use PHP ( a programming language ). Now, that I've studied (long hours) and actually know what I'm doing. I've made considerable progress this winter, since I've been on break. I would like to be done in a month or two.

The time it takes, depends on so many things. For example, the design has been revised so many times and I've scrapped a lot of ideas that I've spent hours upon hours on. Free time and inspiration are factors too. So, it'll take as long as it takes. But I'll try my best.
