☀A Summoner's Call☾ [OOC & SU]

A remake of a really old roleplay that once graced this forum, but never took off. Our story takes place in Final Fantasy X's Spira. In this reality, Yuna and the gang never existed and thus, we will be re-making the hero's that will take down Sin.

There will be two rival summoners who are each on their own quest to bring the Calm back to Spira. Each summoner will start with one guardian. Let's discuss the major plot points together, then I'll put them together in an official plot with the IC.

 

Yes. Although reminder that machina (Machines and technology) are taboo in Spira during this time.

 

Double posting because I just had another thought. What if we set this just after the first appearance of Sin? So there are still major cities and the use of technology and no one understands what exactly Sin is yet.

 

The thread doubles as a planning thread and an OOC. Figured we didn't need two different threads that do basically the same thing.

The summoners will both grow their guardian parties as the story goes. I'm only allowing one "starter" guardian because the first day in the story will be when each of them officially become summoners.

To answer your questions, this story will take place long before the time of Yuna and in a different reality of Spira. The starting point will be in a major City of Spira which we will be making up. And yes, each Summoner character will be creating their own first aeon which will be unique to them but at similar power levels.
