Disney Characters and Worlds You'd Like To See?

The early Disney stuff...especially the works of Ub Iwerks were kind of dark. I highly suggest watching The Skeleton Dance.Fleischer cartoons always had a realistic side to them. But the Hays Code came out in the late twenties. Around that time people decided that the cartoon market is for kids.

Sooner or later Disney will pull out of the licensing arrangement. I have a feeling this series will stop soon. There are only so many Disney movies to draw from.

 

but isn't having the disney characters what makes the game cool. I mean without them we're back to FF right ?

 

It attracts new people to Square-Enix. I bought Kingdom Hearts because I saw the Disney characters on the package. From Kingdom Hearts I got into Final Fantasy.

On at least one major Disney forum, there is a Kingdom Hearts sub-forum.

 

I really don't think they should abandon the Disney side of the games. It's what makes Kingdom Hearts what it is. Without the Disney side, we'd just have another typical RPG. And besides, aren't the FF characters ALREADY showing up the Disney ones?

Personally, I find it annoying that there are all these people who just seem to favor the Square side of the game over the Disney side, just because the FF characters are "cool", and the Disney ones are just...American.

Don't get me wrong, the characters of the Japanese side of the series still have style...I just don't want that style to make the more plain styles of the American characters look worthless. One side can't quite work without the other one, so perhaps it's better the way it is.

But back on the main topic, I'd like to see some Pixar worlds like Toy Story and the Incredibles. I'm sure I'm not the first to have brought those up. What else...? They did the first Pirates movie, so the next one should use the second one...and then I guess the one after that can use the third. Also, if they're using Pirates, I think Narnia will make an awesome world. Matching the Keyblade against the White Witch sounds pretty fun. A world for Lilo and Stitch would be a decent idea, and, of course, a world for Robin Hood can't be done without...I mean, I can't believe they didn't include it in the first two games! If Nottingham isn't a world in the third one, it's quite clear that they'll never use it.

Just my thoughts.

Simple suggestion, rather appalled that it's taken five pages - Darkwing Duck...

Robin Hood would be top. The Rescuers, maybe. Basil The Great Mouse Detective would rock. But, as I said, Darkwing Duck is the one I really, really want...

Disney Castle using the town from the comics and cartoons)
Info: In Duckburg you would be able to visit Scrooge's house (and money), as well as some of Donald, Goofy and Mickey's friends.


World: Port Royal (the name might change, as Port Royal only appears briefly in the second and third movies. Maybe it'll change to Tortuga, Canibal's Island or Great Pirate Fortress)
Ally: Same as KH 2
Ally Limit: Probably same as KH 2
Boss 1: Kraken
Boss 2: Davey Jones


World: Atlantis
Ally: Kida
Ally Limit: Heart of Atlantis
Boss 1: Rourke
Boss 2: Crystal Rourke


All the other worlds, excepting Halloween Town (sucks) and Beast's Castle (the reason can be seen in the credits of KH 2). Atlantica may also be a difficult one to appear since many years pass between the first and the second Little Mermaid movies. And, sadly, Pride Lands may also suffer the same fate.

Well Robin Hood is a definate world for KH3, IMO because it's a classic. Treasure Planet could happen. Treasure Planet would be awesome! Kim Possible has a low possiblility and Bug's Life may not happen because Disney didn't make much profit out of that film.

Also in Treasure Planet your ally would be Jim Hawkins
American would be aweseome and the villain is the Huntsman
