she's amazing at dying and doing other people's hair. she's trying to put some in my hair but my hair despises bleach and won't bleach at all! T_T it'll just stay red

 

^^Why not try a darker colour, like auburn, or black?

well she has suggested dying the red a darker red and then dying underneath the red black

unsure you should also dye the tips of your hair a different color! it would look pretty awesome

I think your hair would look even nicer a darker red. I dont mean to sound like a 'typical' boy lol. But ive seen some pretty girls with dark red hair

 

She's basically saying that to go from a light hair colour to black, requires 2 steps...it certainly does. If you have light hair, and dye your hair black right away, it'll turn out grey. Instead, you dye it an intermediate colour like dark red, and then black. That's what she's saying her friend proposed.

The only cautionary measure when doing this...is that dying your hair compromises your hair structure. If you dye it twice in a short period of time, it'll fall out! So be sure to give it plenty of time to regenerate itself.


But yeah, I think auburn would be a fitting colour...The specifc colour that comes to mind is Agent Scully from the X-Files in the middle seasons.
